Haan lekin usko samajh mein nahi aaya hoga that's for sure. Aata hota then she wouldn't have said vanraj ya paritosh hota toh better hota. Which mean she signed without understanding anything.

What I understood is she said, bank ne loan disburse kiya but uske account main nahi aaya, so probably thise 2 dudes filled in their bank account details instead of Anupamaa's and paise unke account main gaye honge and they will run away. But I also know ki, when u take loan u have to mention the purpose of loan, so if they mentioned the purpose as payment of tax then once the loan is disbursed and they pay the tax then there are no chances for property getting sealed right, so they can sell the property, if there is default on loan. But u get personal loan for such purposes, commercial loan I don't think u will get it.

But yes too many loopholes in this bank loan thing.

She said Bank se paise nikle but didn't got credited in her account. So the loan got disbursed in wrong account. So basically it's a fraud in bank and not with customer.

Though many banks have system that loan can be disbursed in saving account of same customer only because everything is linked with KYC. And if her account never got credited than bank have to bear responsibility of its staff committing fraud.

May be it's a private bank as govt bank employees can't escape with money. Even if wrong account gets credited she can go to consumer forum and RBI if bank is not listening

But if she signed a paper where she gives debit authority of debiting her Saving account than she can be in mess though such heavy deduction too require cheque book which she didn't signed and call confirmation from bank is also mandatory.

Real banking is very different from what these ppl r showing.

Yup it is bank mistake if they are really bank officer Even customer Dont know any thing and don know what what to do but it id bank duty to propet guide customer and correct mistake

I also did mistake and Dont know what to do kahin ka kahin sign kar deti thi but bank proper guide karte they aur mujhe do chaar form faadne padte they due to mistake

Waise bhi bank mein koi form to means upar se head office se type hoke ke aata hai. Aisa nahin hai ki haath se khuch bhi likh ke arke sign kar wale liya customer se bank ne

Jaise mera bank ka head office mumbai mein hai to wahaan jaise type kiya hia form isue hoga wohi form local branch wale hi de sakte hain to aisa nahin anupama ne khuch galat sigh kar diya ho

Suppose unless bank tellicheri me account mein 5000 chodnna jaroori hai how I will know bsnk mein kitna amount chodnna jaroori hai . Bank mein kitna amount chodnna jaroori hai yeh bank wala hi bata sakta koi bahar wala nahin

Itna toh clear hai yeh jo do log aye the woh bank ke admi toh nahi the otherwise aise isharo isharo mai baat nahi karte!!


Na koi bank ka admi aya or na he bank se anupama ke account mai koi paisa aya so it’s crystal clear case kisi gang ne anupama ko bewkoof bana kar loot bhi liya and wrong papers par sign bhi le liye.

Exactly! Those people didn't seem like the bank employees. Most likely they were imposter and fraudsters.

Bank se koi kabhi aya he nahi , Muje toh yeh ek tarah ki robbery ka case lagta hai . Bank has nothing to do here . These is all done by some robbery gang.
