Nevermind, So these are the reasons I dislike Vanraj more than Kavya.

(Keeping in mind - CVs started showing Kavya going extreme negative from a week)

@Bold - Well Vanraj was never a child or mentally vulnerable for Kavya to manipulate. He was a fully grown man, the father of 3 when he cheated on Anu. I don't necessarily call him smart, I stopped even criticizing him - because all he says is BS. He doesn't make any sense 90 percent of the time! His reasons and lack of acknowledgment that EMA is wrong are clear evidence.

@Underlined - That rather depends on your definition of happiness. Did he give her everything? I disagree - apart from money to run the house, 3 kids ....that peace of * gave Anu nothing.

I will list down why she was unhappy and why Vanraj is a terrible being..

1). A 40+ year old women have to take permission to go somewhere or do anything. That is called the life of a slave, not a wife. (She never went out, and once she did - she was thrown out!!)

2). She is not allowed to have her own money apart from what is needed to run the house, (remember her searching the Kitchen for saved money when her mother's surgery was needed)

3). He disrespected her and bashed her for no reason all the time.

4). She did not have any say in their kids' future and her own.

5). He deliberately made her lose her job.

6). Why Anu was behaving all happy, despite all these - let's face it she was kinda delusional that Vanraj Loves her! And Vanraj was taking advantage of that openly and shamelessly.

7). He never allowed her to grow and kept blaming her that she is nothing.

I would rather have a stranger hate me, over a close person disrespect me for who I am!

EMA is a huge separate matter. While coming to the topic of why hate Vanraj more, compare to Kavya. (Ignoring last week's episodes)

1). Kavya was not actively double-timing, she was already in her process of divorce. I haven't seen all episodes but I believe she was always open about her relationship with Anirudh and Vanraj.

2). She supported Anu on multiple occasions.

3). Kavya is not the one who is refusing divorce, Vanraj still doesn't want to divorce Anu. He would have kept the EMA secret forever if these people never found it out.

4). Kavya was affected when Anu had that breakdown, and Vanraj - despite being a husband he still remained shameless.

5). Vanraj lies to literally everyone, kavya doesn't do that.

6). He was shameless enough, to being Kavya to his house at every damn opportunity.

Above all, Kavya is an outsider to the family. A family member's actions hurt more than an outsider's.

I have many other reasons, and I am pretty sure I am forgetting some but Vanraj is trash. Period.

I blame Vanraj and Kavya equally for EMA. But Vanraj Shah wins the trophy without any competition when it comes to being a terrible being!

Alright, keeping all your points in consideration. I still find loopholes created by Kavya & little bit by Anu too.

1) u all say Anu ws never happy (For me, she ws happy & literally didn't find any problems in her martial life) & ws bound in confined space. So what ws she doing all these years? Couldn't she just put up brave front abt her by asking or demand whatever freedom she wanted?

2) Kavya koi dood ki dhuli hai kya? What if she was really nasty( Hidden to viewers till now may get exposed when it is) with her husband? Bcoz she looks extremely chaalak.

3) I really don't mind you ppl blaming vanraj, but all I see max topics & post in this forum is that Kavya eyeing married man is taken as chalta hai, Saath gunaah maaf. 😂

4) read someone's reply saying in Kavya started & went ahead with her affair after she got separated with her husband.

Apna Ghar barbaad Kar diya toh boss Ka bhi ghar barbaad Karna zaroori tha. She should hv behaved maturely & tried to solve whatever missing friction was there in Van - Anu married life by giving anu woman to woman mental & emotional support as frnd & someone who cares abt relationship but no all she did was oolta..

1----> That is how Anu's character was written in the beginning, sahan silta ki murat. That typical Bichari crying queen, if she were to get strong suddenly there was no point in making this serial. She was broken piece by piece and the last nail in the coffin was Vanraj's EMA. Vanraj was that last hope of thread she had in her life. That, as long as he is there - I will get by. You might be quite a content person to think Anu was ever happy! I can't imagine, a person with a slave lifestyle being happy in the 21st century.

3,4 ) ---> Nothing personal here, but most of your comments in this thread literally sympathize with Vanraj. Literally, portray him as a Victim and like ever innocent character. When people see a large pothole next to a small one, they tend to notice a larger one more. So it is quite obvious that everyone is hating Vanraj more compare to Kavya. Because as a person Vanraj is trash, and compare to him Kavya's wrongdoings are much smaller (Excluding EMA).

I have stated this before and I am stating it again, It is always two ways street. You can't blame any one of them, any more or any less. They are equally responsible. I am not saying Kavya is any good, nope she is not. But she is not as bad as Vanraj.

And @Underlined- Kavya is not the mother of Vanraj or Anu, why should anyone be held responsible for mending their relationship. It was Vanraj and Anu's responsibility. Kavya had her own relationship to fix!!

I can say the same about Vanraj, that he might have taken initiative and usne behla fusla ke kavya ki marrige tod di. Anirudh seems like nice guy, Kavya must have been happy. Vanraj should have helped her to fix her relationship, instead of pushing her for a divorce! He should have behaved maturely and should have been a friend to Anirudh! If he was not happy with his own marriage, why he went after Kavya!? ----- BUT you see, no one is blaming Vanraj for Kavya's and Anirudh's divorce. Because It was her own damn decision, just like it was of Vanraj's to cheat on Anu.

To wrap up, both are adults and responsible for their own relationships - it is both of their fault.
