Throughout this whole track not one time she showed them her abuse and her marks on her body why hasn’t she don’t that to show her family what he did. I’m so confused even Manish ended the guy after finding out what happened to Keriti

Oh hell, Prarthana never confessed to being abused, to the family until Gautam revealed/accused that Prarthana and Ansh were close.

Infact, when Khyati asked Prarthana atleast twice, she said to her "Aap insab me matt pado" and if I remember right, Meeta too enquired if anything was wrong and she dismissed.

Forget that, Raahi and Prem who were in the same house, have openly supported her but she dared not tell even them.
