Jaya Bachchan takes a dig at Akshay Kumar's film 'Toilet: Ek Prem Katha': "Ye koi naam hai, ye flop hai"

While addressing the audience, she asked if they would be comfortable watching a film with such a title. Released in 2017, Toilet: Ek Prem Katha starred Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar in lead roles. The story followed Keshav, played by Akshay Kumar, who goes to great lengths to build a toilet for his wife, Jaya, after she protests against open defecation.
