1st of all Damn!!! What's wrong with the forum? Since yesterday it takes ages to open and comment on something. Dhat teri, mood off hojati hain and do not feel like writing and commenting on anything...

Back to the point, so since Mehek refused to marry Shaurya Khanna there has been so much Mehek bashing everywhere. But I really hope after Mehek's todays conversation with Sonal people would understand and accept her POV too.

I mean come on, hum saara diin bari bari baatein karte rehte hain of Feminism, Girl Power, Nari Shakti and what not. So why cannot for once we accept a girl who is actually thinking wisely and not acting like a buffoon in love.

She was right and hence, the topic name is as such: "When reality hits, everything else flies out of the window".

Do we still expect a girl to let go of her self-respect, identity and all, and just roam around after a good looking, rich guy like a love sick puppy?

I want Mehek to have an identity before being known as Mrs. Shaurya Khanna... Once she becomes something, the Leeches of Khanna household also cannot put her or her family down anytime they feel like. I mean come on, after all they are Leeches and would only suck the money out of Shaurya or maybe someday Mehek.

Till yesterday's episode I was all yeah Mehek, Go!!! Test the water all you want before jumping into the river. But after today's episode I feel like maybe she should give up on this 5 days challenge and help Shaurya for now. Not as a lover/fianc/would be hubby or anything. But repay back a bit to the guy who always gave you the required extra push to be today's YOU and saved you uncountable times.

But at the end, she was right regarding everything she said to Sonal today. Mehek looked very determined so now am confused that even if Shaurya wins the challenge, will she refuse him?

Okay!!! This is just my POV so please feel free to share your point of view too or most welcome if it differs from mine. And yes if I am called a Mehek shipper after this, I really do not care because for once I want to see a strong female Lead on screen rather than the same rona dhona and have no personal entity waala heroine. 👍🏼

Okay, I will be off for today. Phir kal milte hain to discuss Shaurya, MehRya and what not. 😉

However, unlike you, I became a Mehak believer today. She made so much of sense in that convo with Sonal.

So true that - in life, when the courtship or the romance wears off, the relationship is much more practical and needs a strong bedrock of trust. She was right, when she said that SK was being impatient.

In fact, she echoed Kanta chachi today- if you rem, during the aapki aankhen scene with SK, that was exactly what Kanta chachi told SK - ki pyar mein sabar karo.

SK is too impatient and ziddi - ghar chalo mere saat and he is also one who never backs from a challenge.

Well said I agree and I believe that shaurya and mehek 'S character justify their current action shaurya being amadant and extreme emotional expressor weather it is hatred or love and mehek shown calm person with patience and future wisdom

@Auditi, I am more than 100% agreeing with you - "when reality hits, everything else flies out of the window". Once the initial excitement of being in love fades out, reality creeps in and then only the real test begins. It's the basic reality of any love-story. One needs to be very sure, before jumping deep, whether there is any chance that the relationship is actually going to survive in that later phase, which might be quite mundane cum full of challenges w.r.t. the initial phase.

I have never had any problem with Mahek testing Shaurya. Though I still feel that putting up the challenge was a bit silly, but I absolutely do support her objective. One definitely needs to check the water before jumping. She has got loads of self-respect and it's very much expected that she won't desperately run behind a rich, good-looking guy like a love-lorn puppy.

Shaurya is short-tempered, passionate & headstrong and all of these traits are to the extreme. Mahek today has proved that she is calm, composed and reasonable. Now, I do feel that the creatives have more or less successfully established that these two compliment each other, which I have complained earlier.

Mehak said right reality always bit but true love never change at any circumstances. He is breaking his all the rules for her her right why don't she try. She knows very well that how he is treated in his house (as karuna said earlier) if she truly love him she should have understand him. She is being so selfish always think of her and his family. Not abt Shaurya. She keep on saying I am getting hurt seeing u hurt why don't she thinks that how much he is getting hurt by her act.

This girl is so selfish or stupid I really don't no.

I agree with you girls. Mahek isn't wrong for doing what she is doing. I support her 100% the way she carried herself after confessing her love. I didn't like how soon but she loves him why hide it? She went through her phases. Dancing around and being lost in love then the fairy dust worned off. She's being realistic. She and Shaurya are poles apart! But that's what makes them compliment each other. In my eyes they're a match made in heaven. Faults and differences and all. They strengthen each other without the other realising it.

I like that they are struggling from upfront. One thing I agree with Shaurya 120% is Mahek doesn't need a man to define her. Let her become independent and find who SHE IS. In that process, I hope they get closer and complete one another. Mahek finds someone who keeps the fire inside burning and Shaurya finds all the love and care he truly deserves.

Celina I totally agree with you...why she had to ignore the puppy. What's his fault? She asked to keep him in the first place!

But Mahek I truly admire how you are bracing yourself of the hurt to come. It isn't easy to love someone who is so different from you. In a blink of an eye they can be torn away from you.

So gals, lets enjoy this journey with the good and bad as they come along. We all know they are meant for each other. Its the matter of when

Ya ya practical if someone love you lots that is enough if he try to change his world for you that is more than enough u think that kind of love will end I don't think so.

For sk he is being impatient it's all because of her he doesn't want to loose her at any circumstances he knew very well that her family is keen in search of groom for her how many ajay he will fight.

If a kid find a small stone think that is precious he will hold it in his hand tightly never allow any one to take away from him. Shaurya is like kid who never allow any one take precious away from him.
