It's Captain Ali Asgar Vs Captain Delnaaz Paul!

After the boys Tez Talwar team showcased their individual and collective talent on Monday, the girl's Meethi Churi team is now ready to set the dance floor on fire!

To prove their caliber, the girls team first sent their sexiest member on to the floor - Karishma Tanna, who kindles fire with "Zara zara touch me". Stroking the fire is a class act by Roopali Ganguly to "Aaja Nach le", re-living the Parveen Babi era is Manini De's sizzling performance of "Jawane- Jaaneman" and "Raat Baki". Jennifer Winget adds oil to the sizzle with a scorching rendition of "Ye Raat'.

What follows is Girl Power at its best. The Meethi Churi girls pay tribute to the best dances in Hindi Films in their group act. Amidst interesting mix of great dance performance, banter between the teams, Tez Talwaar and Meethi Churi Team unanimously selected their team captains. Ali Asgar took oath as Team Captain of the boy's team. Girl's team voted Delnaz Paul as their leader. Both captains swore to leave no stone unturned to defeat each other in the biggest dance battle between the sexes.

If Monday saw 8 dashing dudes rock the dance floor with their electrifying moves then Tuesday episode offers no less! Tune-in to Star One for all the drama and entertainment, every Monday & Tuesday @ 9.30 and join in all the madness, masti and war on Zara Nachke Dikha!

Karishma Tanna danced with a fractured ankle

Karishma Tanna has injured her ankle during the rehearsals for Zara Nachke Dikha. Not one to be deterred with a broken foot she insisted on performing for the third round of the show.

Karishma Tanna has been giving remarkable performances from the first round but this sudden mishap caught her on the wrong foot. She was scheduled for a Bharatnaatyam performance that day which added to her woes.

We asked her how she managed to dance with so much pain and.said, "I danced with the help of a pain killer. I couldn't let my team down, so I had to perform. I felt a swelling in my ankle during the rehearsals but I didn't realise that it was a fracture. When I went to the doctor, he said it was a hair line fracture and I would have to wear a bandage immediately. But I wore the bandage only after my performance."
So how did the performance go?"It was good," she informed.
Had she not performed for the third round, the girl's team would have lost twenty points.
Karishma sure lived up to the title of the show.

Piyush and Bindi, the choreographers of the girl's team on Zara Nachke Dikha have been replaced. The new choreographer who replaces them is Yogesh Patkar who taught the moves to Shweta Kwatra and Manav Gohil in Nach Baliye 2, Hussain in Ye Hai Jalwa and actors of Mr And Miss TV.

A well placed source from Zara Nachke Dikha said, "Yogesh will be choreographing the girl's team from the third episode. Apparently, Piyush was not reporting on time for the rehearsals which annoyed the producers. Apparently even their choreography was not well-received."

We spoke to Piyush on this development who just said, "I don't wish to comment." Whereas Bindi said, "It is true that we are not a part of the show any more. The production house has been very kind to us and the girls are amazing. It is not easy for so many girls to be pitted against each other and yet stand together for what they feel. I love each one of them. As far as my work was concerned, I was always on time and did my work well."

Yogesh the new choreographer asserted, "I really don't know the reason for this replacement. Few of the contestants in the girl's team suggested my name and then the producers approached me."

Oh, the going-ons in a reality show!
