Varun Dhawan recently found himself in the spotlight for reasons outside his upcoming film promotions. A video circulating on social media shows the actor calmly handling a complaint regarding his driver’s rash driving. The incident occurred in the presence of an official, and Varun’s composed approach caught viewers’ attention.

In the video, a man complains directly to Varun, saying, “Inhone mere upar gaadi chadhaya, aur ulta sidha gaali de raha hai." Varun responds gently, trying to calm the man with repeated, “Thik hai, thik hai." As tensions ease, Varun gets into his car and leaves without any visible argument or confrontation.

The video quickly sparked conversation on Reddit, with users appreciating Varun’s level-headed approach. One user wrote, “Varun has the street smarts to deal with such situations in real life; he’s level-headed, not too emotional or aggressive.” Another added, “Bhai ne sahi handle kiya. Hanji hanji karke bina koi drama hue nikal gaya.” Some fans pointed out that the driver’s behaviour should not overshadow Varun’s own conduct, saying, “The driver showed some road rage and abused after a minor accident. So what’s the big deal? Wouldn’t most of us react the same way in such a case?”

Varun is currently busy promoting his romantic comedy Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, starring Janhvi Kapoor. Directed by Shashank Khaitan, the film follows their characters Sunny and Tulsi, who team up to make their exes jealous in a playful plot. Sanya Malhotra and Rohit Saraf play the ex-partners, while Maniesh Paul and Akshay Oberoi appear in supporting roles.

The film is set to release on October 2, 2025, and will clash at the box office with Kantara 2. Reacting to the clash, Varun said, “Obviously, Kantara is a very big film. The first one was amazing. But our film is very different. I think there’s more than enough space for all kinds of films.”
