hi... i read every one replies and their views... so im keeping my view and replies for others...
first thing...its mishti's call to say what she experienced with family not Abir's.. he has to wait until she is mentally stable and express herself either for family or in police station...
u cant force mentally ill patient to talk with her closed one's or any other...
particularly these type of people need utmost care.love and support... each and every thing should be according to mishti's wish not abir's... because as some said abir is not any antaryaami to read mishti's mind 24*7... mishti ahs to voice it out...
so only thing abir should do is patience and listen to her and make her self believe in her and what she did, which he is doing perfectly and yes its his responsibilty to find remedy too but not hurting mishti... in this type of stress some times even a safety pin sound is unbearable... so abir has to do according to mishti's behaviour and her wishes...
abir didnt took his call for mishti at right time in RJV's... mishti gone trough mental trauma and physical too by kuhu in resort abir just tried to stop her but he didnt kept his things correctly infront of them...
mishti's highest fears are home breaker tag , she did everything after her marriage to keep family in peace but everyone are haunting with swords towards her, so she lost herself one by one and last thing is resort mein akhele rehna... she lost her mental stability as its final nail in coffin and later assault , so she dont even want to face anyone nor want to talk...
as far i remember, abir asked mishti to talk with BP-BM, after the incident but she didnt spoke and it continued for 2 days , may be she spoke to after some time but she never had courage to tell what happened with her.... its easily understandable... until and unless we try to accept and come out of it, no one can help that person, they just give baby steps only and thats what abir did...
coming to death of person is by excessive alcohol not by hit and mishti should accept this and say with full confidence that what she did is right...
why mishbir stay in that spot and prove themselves innocent, by going from there they invited more trouble then , its not that easy to prove innocence even u r in that spot, its not mishti ne keh diya or abir ne keh diya tho police and law maan jayenge... its like we think...
i accept they invited problems but hiding and by going from there but its more realistic thing any person do...

right now mishbir are in catch 22 situation, kidhar bhi jaaye they will face trouble and we all know abir , he always makes situation with minimum damage control, so by hiding it he is making minimum damage control for mishti as she to come out of it... he can put guns on her to come out of it...
the way mishti is behaving and her mental condition, she will even say what she hadnt done too... mishti who is a fighter lost her fighting ability, she is literally getting to everyone words and not even thinking what she is done right, example abir's coffee convo with mishti, we all know what happened that night but abir made her believe she did everything, next is kuhu's blame game and we all know who is at fault, if mishti is in her regular angry chorni avatar, she answers but here she is blaming her self more and more and this situation she cant confess to police...
abir is still in feminist side and thinking from mishti's view as she is not in her senses to think for herself...
one more example of ram-sita. people asked sita do agni pravesh as she stayed in lank for some time and after that also when she became pregnant, some people didnt believe sita is pure and she is bearing ram's child and even ram didnt took stand for her made lost her husband and everything... when ram realised its his mistake then sita proving her self respect went to mother earth but not returned to ram... so its husband's prime responsibility to prove wife's innocence and take stand for her... abir is doing that, which he failed miserabely before...
P.S: the flash back is just one petal of a flower. there are more petals into it and seeing monday precap, its looking like a trap than assault... because when assault happened no one is there but the varun behaving is showing he knows how the monster face is and he knows mishbir activities from 3 months and mishti;s fear for red color too...
