What she said could be because of her own situation. Her son was taken away from her and everybody told her how 1 month paalnewaali clownbheera has more rights on her baby.

No one knows for sure of Shivani is evil at this moment. So Ruhi might be thinking from Shivani's pov like how hurt she must be whose son was taken away from her and now somebody else is claiming to have more rights on the son that Shivani nurtured in her womb for 9 months.

If akshara giving abhir to abhinav makes him right, so was madhav giving armaan to Vidya make her right. If you prove Vidya wrong it will automatically prove abhinav wrong as well.

So simply

Vidya wrong = Abhinav wrong

Abhinav right =vidhya right....

Hence the proved the theory 😜

There is no legal or illegal thing here. It's about validity of shadi as per hindu act. He didn't marry both at a time. So madhav should be kept in jail as he left his wife thought dead and married another one.

Their was a Tamil serial where husband first wife came from dead danced on second wife head but court kicked that first wife away saying she was legally dead in a flight accident and that shadi is dissolved and second wife is the legal wife. Here it's already told by fufa v as legal wife.

I agree. Shivani was shown to be legally dead. At first she needs to get her "dead" status revoked to even claim any rights on Madhav, Delulu sa and Poddar money and properties.

Even after changing her legal status to be alive she will not automatically reclaim marital status and need to file a case in court.

But even then, the court will most probably favor Vidya because 1. She was married to Madhav and stayed as his wife for 30 years, 2. There is no evidence to prove that Vidya knew that Shivani was alive when she got married to Madhav and for all these years too.

This is going to create a legal and moral dilemma so most probably what is going to happen is that Vidya will retain her marital rights and she will be declared to be the valid, legal and legitimate wife whereas Shivani will only get financial compensation.

But then again, this is an ITV serial, yahan kuch bhi ho sakta hai bas sensible baat nahi ho sakti

Where was it told death certificate was fake. Madhav himself claimed all the three got into an accident. Armaan went missing and shivani said to dead. It was never told dadi know shivani was alive at the time vidhya Madhav marriage. So how can we claim dadi made some fake certificate.

If you're thinking it, due to vidhya's reaction when dadi told her shivani was alive, it does not prove any of her involvement in producing fake death certificate, but only proves she was scared of loosing Armaan .

But still Shivani was legally dead. She needs to revoke her "dead" status and change it to "alive" first before claiming anything

Even then as per law she would only get financial compensation but not marital rights.

Delulu is an adult man even though he doesn't act like one. So there will be no custody battle for him. It will be his choice who he wants to live with and as per bts we know his choice
