Nehi yaar death certificate of shivani shown by law she is dead. Next madhav married vidya legally. So vidya is legal wife and she had stayed with him for 30 years.

Their was a Tamil serial where husband first wife came from dead danced on second wife head but court kicked that first wife away saying she was legally dead in a flight accident and that shadi is dissolved and second wife is the legal wife. Here it's already told by fufa v as legal wife.

Ys, vidhya is the legal wife, if authorities accepted a missing person as dead and produce death certificate his/her spouse can remarry.... This was used when many fisherman went missing during okhi cyclone in kerala shores, mainly to help families to get benefit and young widows to restart a new life as there was so many young men gone missing.
