There was a whole custody case and it was made known in court that Abhimanyu didn't know of his son's existence while Akshu knew that Abhimanyu was alive, so did Abhinav and yet they deliberately hid that fact from Abhir, lied about it and entered a fake name is the legal document.

Get the proof that Shivani was being held captive, that her death was forged and everything and like I said the court will make a decision only after getting valid proofs.

Even then, only KP's involvement will be proved while Vidya's marriage will still remain valid and legitimate because where are the proofs that Vidya was an equal participant. Is Dadi going to testify against Vidya in court?

After all this, KP will have a different case to fight, Vidya will be favored and retain her marital rights while Shivani will get financial compensation only and no marital rights.

Abhir was never a legal son of abhinav. Akshara forged the bc. In bc only biological father's name can be written, that is abhimanyu not abhinav. When abhir's custody battle happened maker's never showed abhinav legally adopting him, but they clearly showed Akshara forging the Bc.

Vidya was never a legal wife of Madhav, as she got married to already married man, whose wife was alive and death certificate was fake. As Kaveri Poddar admitted her crime of getting Shivani abducted, sending her away to separate Madhav and Shivani.

Exactly! No one is saying that what happened was right but the law system doesn't Exactly work like that. It is a system, a very complicated one and influenced by many factors.

It doesn't always work the way you want it to be.

As for the show, fans will always favor the leads no matter what BS they do. If same thing is done by other characters then they are called bad people.

And from where does that surety comes from? Also, there seems to be no case happening about who is the legitimate wife as the show makers think that showing two padhe likhe bewakoof waiting in line to fill their buckets with water is more important

Did Kaveri Poddar accepted that she abducted shivani in the show, or it was told she knew shivani was alive mentally unstable and put her in an ashram

I had a friend where her hubyy rejected kid in divorce and custody he didn't want to have visit hrs or any sort of attachment so they cut that surname kept her maiden name as betis.

Any one who is unknown to law or related issues can be fooled easily.
