It is..it's very very common ..the obsession is real ..well I've heard frm my friends who narrate their experience , nothing basically changes except after years and years the men realize this problem is real & they choose to live at a distance ..or the in laws calm down & are not in a position to interfere..and I know some of my age who are so attached to their sons but they keep boasting that they will make sure their dils don't face problems ..but it's yet to be seen if they really can manage it coz their obsession with their sons is very unhealthy ..like imagine an adult man being fed by his mom 😂 the problem is not only in physical dependency , it's the emotional dependency too ..

Every woman wants their husband and son to keep them at #1 but a wife would want her husband to keep her at #1 & there all problems start. A mother is insecure of her dil , sometimes the son is also insecure of his wife & feels his mother should never be hurt bec of his wife , a dil is always in a precarious position . She has to balance. The man has to balance . However everyone sympathize with the mil for some reason 🤔

Mishter Shah and anupama had 25 years of marriage and 3 kids together ., he was in an EMA which was revealed after his son’s marriage ..

It was never possible to cut off Anupama from shah family .. because Toshu , pakhi and Samar were her kids .. they were not Kavya or Ba’s problems but all the idiocies they did was Anupama n Vanraj ke problems

Anuj was in lala land .. thinking the 3 adults will let go of their mom .. even Kinjal , dimpy and pakhi’s husband had a claim on anupama because she was their mother in law
