I'm confused, why is what Akshara doing bad? - Page 8

FOR ONE WEEK. Two days was spent in bad decisions on goenkas and Abhinav part for taking her back to Kasauli when clearly Abhimanyu was just happy to bring over Abhir. Abhimanyu did not know he had a son, but he did know that Akshara was out there alone and he never looked for her. It’s clear the collective are on opposite sides here, so I don’t want to argue. I just can’t get over the absolute hate for Akshara and the pass for Abhimanyu. That is what confuses me. But it’s cool. We all have our take.

bold above - is not what happened. He knew Akshara left but didn’t know she was missing and when he got to know that he went to Goenkas. Where he found out that Akshara is with a friend in Pathankot, and then bade papa called and told him that Akshara is fine, she doesn’t want to come back and he thinks it is best for everyone that they should both stay away. Abhi was in no good state either and neither was his family specifically his mother. So he refrained from making any contact. Such big tragedies need space and time to heal and that is what he wanted, knowing Akshara is fine as per conveyed by BP and unaware of her real situation which her own family wasn’t aware by the way!

He should have been given some time to digest what happened and calculate how to move forward.

Instead you take him in an outing which is specially arranged for someone's birthday. Do you think a father who has been just rejected by his son is in a mood to celebrate..?

Practically you need not celebrated Abhinav's birthday at that time. And you HAD to celebrate...then you should have left Abhimanyu and Manjari and Birla fam who were not in the right frame of mind to celebrate.

Again i don't blame Akshara's intentions. Her intentions had never been wrong. But how she executes her intentions into reality is not so good.

This!! I’m trying to understand how celebrating Abhinav’s birthday is supposed to cheer up Abhi🤣. Then when he shared his feelings that he want to leave because he needs space, sees that his son is giving him pity love- Akshara told him why do you want everything on your own terms. Like what- she is doing things on her own terms- she wants to cheer up Abhi so her family can be happy and not feel guilty🤣

1. Abhimanyu still has the parental custody. He promised to his minor son that he, the minor child, wouldn't have to live without the presence of his parents. But legally he still has all the power and benefit. He could make Abhir stay with him if he wished. Or, he could choose to be a very involved co-parent to his minor son without depriving him of a stable family environnent. He isn't the victim here. He, as an adult, took a decision to comply his minor son's wishes. Every parent prioritises their child's well being over their own wishes. Abhimanyu did the same. Who exactly wronged him?

2. If he were so distraught and uncomfortable with the party/picnic/soiree, he could have said a simple "No". He is an adult. Parents should teach children to say as well as to accept and respect a "No." It's almost as if "No" as a concept doesn't exist in this show's writer's room.

3. Abhinav drank on his own accord. That doesn't make Abhimanyu's actions or intentions pure. We as an audience know that Abhimanyu will be deemed innocent — because we read the producer's interview, and we know logistically it doesn't make sense to kill off one love interest and turn the other one into a murderer in a daily soap. The characters of the show do not know that. To them, Abhimanyu has motives to hurt Abhinav, and his actions are cunning. For all they know, he could have taken Abhinav to the edge— leveraging their friendship — and could have pushed him off the cliff with or without the alcohol. The characters of the show haven't read Shahi's interview and therefore do not know that it'd be deemed an accident.

4. Also Also Also, it is still not comparable to Akshara getting accused of murders by her spouse and in-laws because a) the power dynamic isn't the same b) the motive wasn't there, and c) the circumstantial evidence present against Dr Birla wasn't there in Akshara's case. She was well and truly innocent.

I am just talking about the writing of the story and not bashing any character/actor/fandom.

People here are just upset for one simple reason that is they cannot digest the fact that how could the pious female lead Akshara move on from Abhimanyu and claim to be in love with some other guy.

That's it, even now so many people are saying that Abhi should reject Akshu, but when the times comes they would be rooting for the leads to be together.

and I don't understand why abhim couldn't say NO to the invite ? Akshnavs Intentions were pretty much clear. Unlike last time , they were trying to assure abhim that he will always be a part of abhirs life . Bec that's what irked mostly all that previously she tried to cut him off. Still he could say no .

Time and space to heal is fine but it wasn't that big a tragedy that abhim needed to turn on his devdas mode. It was made obvious to him by one and all, even his family , that abhir won't be able to adjust here , he can't survive without his parents ..so it's pretty much obvious that abhir needed time to accept abhim....a lot of which depends on how much effort abhim puts in..as an adult he could understand the reality better than abhir , a 6 yr old child ..he can't force a child to accept him in a week ..abhim should have done this without abhir telling him explicitly..for abhirs happiness if he claimed to love him.

You are saying about concept of "NO". I am saying about concept of common sense. When there is 5-6 people doing a crime and you are 2 including you who is a pregnant women with a complecated twins, you will call the police and wait. Not jump in. Parents should teach some common sense as well.

I am not blaming G'fam for blaming Abhimanyu with attempt to murder. There was enough circumstancial evidence and even an eye witness.

She says I can never trust Abhimanyu and Manjari back. Did she forgot that her sister and her bade papa blamed her as well..? She can trust them again..? There is no problem... But.... She can't trust Abhimanyu. Ok.

Nonetheless, Akshara was never blamed of being a "murderer". Let that be clear.

She was blamed of her carelessness and wrong decision making which led to such tragedies.

Exactly... I also am unable to understand why the hell did Abhimanyu and Manjari agree to come in the first place...😑😑😑
