Arbaaz Khan and Sshura Khan, who tied the knot in December 2023, are entering a new chapter of parenthood. The couple, who have not officially shared detailed updates about the pregnancy, were recently spotted at their baby shower in Mumbai. The celebration coincided with Navratri and Durga Puja, making it a festive, family-centred gathering.

Twinning in yellow

The couple coordinated their outfits for the occasion. Arbaaz Khan wore white trousers paired with a yellow shirt, while Sshura Khan looked radiant in a flowing yellow gown. Her glowing appearance reflected the excitement of the day, though she chose to avoid interacting with the paparazzi, heading straight inside the venue. The ensemble was simple, comfortable, and elegant, ideal for a mom-to-be.

A private couple, rare public moments

Arbaaz and Sshura generally maintain a low profile. Sshura rarely shares on social media, though she once posted a short clip of Arbaaz driving a child’s scooter, which drew heart reactions from Salman Khan and Maheep Kapoor. On his birthday in August, she also dedicated a heartfelt post to him, hinting at their close bond.

The baby shower brought together family and close friends. Salman Khan, Sohail Khan, and Gauahar Khan were among those spotted at the event. The intimate gathering was filled with smiles, blessings, and the excitement of welcoming a new family member.

Expecting their first child

Arbaaz Khan confirmed Sshura’s pregnancy in June. Speaking to Delhi Times, he said, “Yes, it is there. I’m not denying that information because right now it’s something that is out there, my family knows about it. People have got to know about it, and it’s fine. It’s pretty evident also. It’s a very exciting time in both our lives. We are happy and excited. We’re going to welcome this new life in our life.”

Asked about his feelings on fatherhood, Arbaaz added, “Everybody tends to be nervous. Any person would feel it; I’m also getting into fatherhood now after some time. It’s a fresh new feeling for me all over again. I’m excited. I’m happy and I’m looking forward. It’s giving me a new sense of happiness or responsibility.”

Arbaaz was previously married to Malaika Arora, with whom he shares 22-year-old son Arhaan Khan. They divorced in 2017 and continue to co-parent. He married Sshura in an intimate ceremony in December 2023.
