Celina Jaitly has requested the media to keep her children out of all coverage related to her legal dispute with her husband Peter Haag. The actress recently confirmed that she has filed a domestic violence case and is preparing for divorce. The couple share three kids, and the situation has drawn considerable attention online.

On Friday, Celina posted a brief note on X where she addressed journalists directly. She asked them not to use photographs of her children while reporting on her case. Her message read, Dear members of the media, I humbly request you to please refrain from using my children's photographs in any news coverage regarding my legal cases. I will be forever grateful for your sensitivity and understanding. A mother with a broken heart Celina Jaitly (sic).

The post came soon after reports about her legal case began circulating. Celina and Peter married in 2011. Their first set of twins was born in 2012. Five years later, the couple welcomed twins again but lost one child due to a heart condition. Since then, the family has largely stayed away from the public eye. They now raise three children together.

Once the domestic violence case came to light, Celina shared a long emotional note about how her life has changed. She wrote that she never imagined she would have to face such a difficult phase alone. She mentioned losing her parents and brother, and spoke about promises that broke silently. Yet, she added that the storm did not drown her but pushed her to rediscover her strength.

Celina shared, In the middle of the strongest most turbulent storm of my life I never imagined I would spend fighting alone, without any parents, without any support system. She said life stripped everything away, but she found the courage to stand again.

In another part of her note, she described drawing strength from her upbringing. Because I am a soldier’s daughter. Raised on courage, discipline, grit, resilience, fire and faith. She said her focus now is on her children, her dignity, and her late soldier brother, whose memory continues to guide her.

Celina’s appeal has sparked conversations about media sensitivity, especially when minors are involved in personal legal matters.
