I am not sure if i am right person to answer this as i skipped most of the epis.
Just answering with my own knowledge. Forgive me if i said something incorrectly.
Akshu's pain is not getting highlighted because in each track she takes some really stupid decisions.
First abrohi tilak. Akshu was actually getting manipulated by arohi and she never tried saving abhi frol arohi's manipulation unless on last day. Abhi was shown in pain. Akshu was shown as akdu who does not even feel bad for abhi where as she was shown selfless and righteous person for others.
I dont remember much about post abrohi tracks jumping directly to leap 1.
In leap 1 akshu gave sacrifice but was that needed as logically there are lot of other options available. She could have taken abhi to USA or any other country that has best doctors. But instead she agreed for stupid condition and what was the need of fullfilling those conditions she could have ditched him and paid full fee and said this is what a doctor gets im return for surgery. ( it was writers choice but here too abhi was shown as depressed person and he had anxiety issues and insomnia ) which makes him to be more in pain.
Leap 2
If you look at from my persepctive. There was multiple different way of avoiding that even happenning but it was writers script so they made it look like akshu manipulated neil into facing those gunda. People who care for their family will never approve such things. My family always teaches me family comes first. Baaki sab badhme as we are not superheroes and for middleclass families the only thing we have is family which is more precious.They might want to save kids but on what cost was the question.
Family who follows similar principles will not like akshu and neil taking that decision. Neil is dead so akshu will be questioned.
On white day whatever abhi did was wrong but as per me when you are too emotional you tend to take decisions in haste.Akshu emotionally took decision of saving those kids and 3 people died and Abhi has lost 3 ppl that day so he emotionally took decision of divorcing akshu.
He dialogue about sirath maa can also be justified as some times when we support a person going above and beyond and when they betray again and again the lies can also feel like it's truth. Like for eg: if some one has ditched you and if one of your friend has said thst she has seen him roaming with xyz and you denied believing it at that time but now when you see he is roaming with mno. Irresepctive of if your friend was telling truth or not you will try to reconsider your thoughts may be the friend was right he was ditching me from long back. That's what happend on white day. But still it's wrong but some how i am able to connect to him and his state.
Akshu on the other end. Says dialogue like people who are in pain are sensitive but she never had that sensitiveness to drop a message to abhi to inform him about child. It looks more like she wanted to punish him for throwing her out. She could have even dropped a message after few months or informed bp. From abhi's pov he got a call when his mom was ill he was already in stress and akshu was excited for saving one kid but she forgot 2 people are still dead in her family and her dialogue bacha hai bacha hai was annoying. Rather she could have just said hamara baccha zinda hai than saying all other dialogues. And abhi even did call back and abhinav ruined it. If she really wanted she could have called back and drop a message. Rather she chose to let him suffer.
And in her dialogue she never mentions why she did not tried calling him back or dropping a message.
That's why she got married all of sudden so that abhi can not get her easily than using her singing and becoming a famous singer.
She was in contact with bp but still she never felt like informing abhi. If she was not in contact with bp. I can still understand she left all contact nobodu cared for her. But the person who said akshu ke wajah se neil ke mauth huyi hai she forgave that perspn but the person who is actually in pain for loosing 3 ppl is punished for no reason.
She gave papa rights go abhinav did not she know how abhi was before that white day and how he was so caring for his child. Did she not got a single thought before making some one papa if she should contact abhi or not.
I am yet to know abhi's side of story why he never tried looking for akshu. Or may be akshu was in pathankot and they changed their address to kasauli.if they show abhi really did tried finding akshu then again akshu will not be victim for me as abhi did not found her even after searching but akshu with knowing abhi's address never even thought of dropping a letter or message to inform him.
She made abhi to mourn for death of 3 ppl instead of 2. She was okay letting abhi marry arohi in abrohi 1.0 and 2.0 when the base of the marriage was lie.
But same akshu fought for kairav when she got to know anisha has different plans.
Her moving on desperately makes it more hard for me to digest. Abhi was loving husband and caring husband he supported her in her career. And he says everything on face. She decided to choose one random husband for her kid. If i look at from old gen persepctive they may definitely not like it as abhi was not a bad as a husbanad except that white day.
If i look at it from modern gen perspective ppl prefer marriage with love or being independent. Here it looks more like a girl from modern gen decided to marry a stranger as she needed a father for her kid in this era single mothers are doing fantastic job and if they really want to show akshu moved on she should have married him out of love and not out of respect because in anupama also she made it clear to anuj initially she might not be able to any relation second chance for love but gradully she fell in love with anuj and changed her decision.
In this 6 years akshu was shown getting married, giving abhi's rights to abhinav. She has normal family where she was able to see her kid growing. She got boon for what she has done 6 years before. But abhi is being punished as he did not see his child's childhood and he is staying with gorillas who are worse. His wife whom he loved immensely moved on so quickly and he is still shown depressed. So people will feel sympathetic for him.
Now a days her dialogues are very wierd and annoying soni don't feel any empathy for her.
But i totally understand it's itv and it's a script demand as soon as akshu gets her braincell i will forgive and forget her deeds 😂
