When Abhi comes to know the truth, for sure he will be enraged as his complete trust got shaken. Even before we have seen that whatever comes out of Aks mouth, he blindly believes it except her words of not having feelings for him.

So now finally he will have a talk with Ak maybe with a softer tone as he is already guilty for the harsh tone and try to understand the complete scenario and finally he will understand the reason for her rejection.

And this time Ak too will be open probably about Arohis part as she is already regretting the consequences of her decision. Still her confession of her own feelings need to be seen. And eloping and all is just for us audience to go nuts.

Abhi is already frustrated and lost his complete patience, so just wants to ensure his relationship with Ak without any more drama by that elopement which is a cowardly action.. Ak is not someone to simply abscond to achieve anything or will choose an easier track when she is fully aware of its consequences on both the families name. I feel once the complete truth is out and after the end of Goenkas barking, they will actually realize the hidden intense emotions of Ak, hopefully Kairav will open his mouth and the Goenkas will agree for Abhira marriage as thats what Abhi wanted from day1 and already its the wedding day and most of the rituals happened with Abhira.
