Shilpa I agree with you that Sameer having become Naina's saviour has made her very dependent on him. This was seen in her crying during the saree tying fiasco and saying, "Sameer ab toh utt jao." as if he was going to help her to tie the saree. She could not even think of a solution, like asking Poonam or Vishakha or any other woman, on her own. Whether this will change any time soon will have to be seen.
Yes she will require Sameer's support particularly in public when she faces difficulties and he ought to have supported her even if it was just by remaining by her side during this hair revelation episode.I do however understand, but not condone, his actions. He's angry that she has not fulfilled his dream. More than the hair thing, it is that he has been dreaming of her wearing beautiful sarees with her hair open and flowing whilst she serves him. This dream has been shattered. This is the reason for his anger. He has done many things to realise Naina's dreams and gone to some extreme lengths to make her happy. He is however expecting to be rewarded for this either through the kiss or the fulfilment of his dreams. Now the curls have shattered this. This is the cause of his anger and we know that Sameer's greatest enemy is his anger. At least the older Sameer realised that he was wrong as his voice over says that he should have supported her.
