Part 3 : Reunion
Chachaji and everyone else stood there in silence for nearly an hour till the time Naina was shifted in the room... Sameer's eyes travelled over to chachaji pleading for his approval... Finally he nodded his head in agreement but didn't say anything he knew this wasn't the right time to question him... The relief on Sameer's face was clearly evident as he got what he had been craving ever since he came inside the hospital...chance to meet his Naina .. But may be for the very last time.. He wanted to live every single moment of it... he wanted to make sure she was fine and gather as many memories as possible.
Rakesh who wasn't happy with Anand's decision to let Sameer meet Naina was about to express his displeasure when he was interuppted by chachaji in between "Bhaisahab is se pehle aap yahn aur koi tamasha karey mai aapko phir yaad dilana chahta hu Naina meri beti hai usey judey faisle ab mai karunga par agar aapko ab bhi yeh manzoor na ho toh ek shart par mai aapko aapke pita hone ka haq wapis dunga... Aaj tak jo bhi kharcha maine Naina par kiya hai mujhe voh sb wapis chahiye uski school fees se lekar uska kapda khane ka kharch sbkuch wapis chahiye.. Jb voh aapki beti hai toh yeh sb aapke farz hai aur hn is hospital ka kharcha bhi aapko hi dena hoga ... Boliye manzoor hai toh mujhe koi dikkhat nhi aap jo chahe Sameer aur Naina k sath kariye"
Everyone present there was stunned by those harsh words. Though chachaji was mentally cursing himself for uttering such words but there was no other way to handle this man.. He was so stubborn... He didn't understand words of kindness and humanity so this was the best way to handle him... Though for chachaji.. Naina and her happiness was priceless he can never think of striking such money minded deal but sometimes person needs to be practical and think above his emotions and obviously he was confident of the outcome which was bound to be in his favor
Taiji didn't dare to utter a single word. She was a cunning lady who knew if this happens Rakesh would obviously turn up to her for bill payment...to avoid such situation she preferred to be a mute spectator .
Rakesh's tone suddenly changed "Acha matlab mai zyada kamata nhi hu toh ab tu meri izzat bhi nai karega bas yehi din dekhna baaki reh gya tha... Kar le apni man ki tu bhi kar le ja rha hu mai jb mujhe baap maante hi nhi ho toh mera yahn kya kaam" saying so he left the place fuming
Taiji too decided to leave as she felt it was no use to say anything to Anand as he wasn't in a mood to entertain any sort of nonsense... It was rare chance when one could witness this side to soft chachaji ...
Chacha chachi Munna Pandit decided to wait along till Sameer meets Naina .. Till that time Preeti too had arrived and like everyone else decided to wait patiently outside the hospital room

"Sameer mere liye meri family mere pyar se zyada important hai ... humara pyar hi galat tha... Humare rishtey ki umar bas itni thi ...humra pyaar khatm ho chuka hai aur yeh baat jitna jaldi samaj lo utna acha hai tumhare liye aur mere liye bhi... Bhut dukh de chuki hu sbko tumko khudko aur chachaji ko bas ab aur nai "
All these words reverberated in Sameer's ears as he entered the room he closed his eyes tightly as if trying to process all those words now..
Flashbacks of whatever happened till now during breakup phase running in front of his eyes like a movie .Thick hot liquid drops trickled down his cheeks ...The dim light and silence of the room was as if mirroring is own life ...The emptiness... the darkness... the silence... will soon engulf him as he has decided to move away from the love of his life.
He closed the door behind without making any noise and moved towards the bed.Naina was lying unconscious and he settled himself on the nearby stool ... he took her hand in his and gently caressed it and leaned towards her "Tum mujhse naraz thi na toh saza khud ko kaise de skti ho ... Waada kiya tha na tumne ki tumhari jaan bhi meri hai toh himmat kaise hui tumhari meri jaan se khelne ki ... Kuch nai hai mere aur Sunaina k bich mei... Sb akele akele sehti rahi.. Tumse zyada vishwas toh mujhpr Preeti karti hai...huhhh... Par thik hai tumhari zidd k aage haar manta hu... Ja rha hu mai dur tumse...Par hn tumne keh do diya ki humara pyaar khatm... But aage se bolna tumhara khatm... Kyunki mera toh zinda rahega .. Jahn bhi rahunga pyar tumse hi karunga... Agr tum ziddhi ho toh mai maha ziddhi hu..aur hn khayal rakhna apna ab Sharad mere jaise toh hoga nai ki har baat maan le tumhari "
Though Naina was unconscious but still she reacted by moving her fingers...Seeing Naina's hand moving alarmed Sameer as he promised chachaji he would leave before she wakes up he stood up and turned towards the door to leave but suddenly an unknown feeling engulfed him he turned back to face her leaned downed and gently kissed her forehead as for him it was their last meeting...
Sameer came out of the room and straightly walked out of the hospital without caring about anyone.. Not even chachaji nor Munna Pandit...
A week passed ...Sameer had stopped going to college and had started making preparations to leave for Delhi. Though he still cared about Naina ...was dying to know about her whereabouts but he was now bonded in a promise... Munna Pandit tried all possible ways to cheer him up and stop him from going to Delhi but all in vain... His only solace these days were old sad songs ... He kept listening to them on a repeat mode
One fine evening he was standing near his room window and staring blankly towards the sky when he heard a song
Jaane Kya Main Kar Jati,
Yuun Tadap Ke Mara Jati
Bin Tere Bhala Kaise,
Katata Ye Safar
Tere Liye Mar
Ke Bhi Dikhana Hai
Hadh Se Guzar Jana Hai
Without turning back he irritatedly retorted "Munna yeh faltu gaana band kar." Song changed
Aaja Pass Aaja Tujhe Seene Se Laga Lu Bharso Ki Betaabiyon ko Aaj Mai Mitha du
"Munna band krta hai ya mai chala jau yahn se " saying so he turned to face him but was surprised on seeing Naina instead of Munna.
He immediately turned his back "Chali jao yahn se kuch baaki reh gya tha kya toh chali aayi.. Bhut mushkil se maine mn bna liya hai ab tumhe aur kuch kehne ki zarurat nai hai check hi krna tha na mai gya ya nai toh Munna ya Pandit se puch leti yahn aane ki kya zarurat thi tumko"
Naina knew he was too hurt so she was already prepared to hear his rude words " Sameer itna acha gaana hai tumko toh pta hai na mujhko kitna pasand hai aur sunkey romantic hone ki bajai tum gussa ho rahe ho... Dhyaan se suna nai tumne lyrics ko aaja pass aaja seene se laga le " saying so she winked at him naughtily..
Sameer came forward and touched her forehead to check the temperature and said "Dimag thik hai tumhara kya bkwas kar rahi ho... Jahn tak mujhe yaad hai sleeping pill khayi thi tumne ser par chot toh nhi thi toh yeh behaki behaki baatein kyu kar rahi ho... Yaad hai rishta khatm humara yahi kaha tha na tumne toh romance kaha se aaya bich mei. .. Koi khel chal rha hai yahn"
Naina held his hand firmly and questioned him " Toh matlab tum hospital aaye they tbhi tumko pta hai yeh sb"
Sameer jerked his hand free and avoided meeting her gaze and replied back "Mai kyu aaunga... college mei sbko pta hai toh mujhe bhi chal gya waise bhi Sunaina ko acha nai lgta agar mai milne aata tumse ab tumhare liye apni gf ko naraz thodi karunga "
Naina crossed her arms gave him a confused look and said "achaaa... Nhi aaye they... Sunaina aur mere bich kuch nai hai ... Hamesha tumse pyar karunga.. Aur bhi pta nai kya kya sun liya maine khair chodo chalti hu mai phir shyd vahem tha mera"
Naina turned to leave when Sameer held her hand "Tumhe kaise pta Dr ne bola tha tum behosh ho toh phir?"
Naina responded with a slight smile " Voh kya hai na Mr Maheshwari jo itne mote mote aansu baha rahe they tum toh kaise tumhari baat mujhtak nai pauchti... After all tumhara mera toh DIL KA RISHTA hai na... Aur is Dil k rishtey k liye hi toh itne papad bele maine "
" Papad bele kya matlb " inquired Sameer
Naina took a deep breath and started her story "Voh kya hai na mere zindagi mei ek se bdkar ek dramebaaz hai pehle toh tum Sunaina k sath milkar jo kar rahe they voh sb sun liya tha maine red rose mei us din... Dusra mere papa jinhone phasi par latak kar apni jaan deni chahi... Toh maine socha ki thoda toh mai bhi kar hi skti hu na"
" jab ghee sidhe ungli se na nikle toh ungli tedhi krni hi padti maine sleeping pills khaye they but saare dosage aur side effects par puri research karke kitna khane par kya hoga pta tha mujhe... Mai janti thi mujhe aise dekhar jinko meri sach mei parwah hogi unpar asar hoga... Pehle toh tum aaye na khud btaya mujhe ki Sunaina aur tumhare bich kuch nai aur phir chachaji jo ab tak chup they unko himmat aayi aur unhone papa taiji ko unki sahi jagah dikhayi... Aur toh aur abhi bahar baithe hai tumhare mama mami se humare rishtey ki baat krne aaye hai... Aur unhone hn kiya tbhi toh mai yahn andar aayi "
Shock would be an understatement Sameer stood there dumbfounded on hearing her story she continued with her version " Hn mai maanti hu galat kiya tha maine tumhe chodkr par mujhe meri galati ka ehsaas hai Sameer ... Main tumhare alawa kisi aur ko apne asspass bardaasht nahi kar skti shadi toh dur ki baat hai ..Shadi ka yeh faisla galat hai mujhe us din ehsaas hua jb Sharad ne pehli baar mujhe choone ki koshish ki mujhe apna jhoota khilana chaha... Us pal mujhe ehsaas hua ki sb galat ho rha hai... Aur waise bhi jinke liye mai yeh sb kar rhi thi mera parivar unko meri fikhar nai toh mai kyu tumhare pyaar ko qurbaan karu "
" Phir maine aur Preeti ne decide kiya ki jo raita maine phelaya hai isey sametna bhi padega na toh yeh plan bna dala... Voh sb kuch jo red rose mei Preeti ne sunaya voh planned nai tha gussa aagya tha ladki ko sb dekhar" and she let out a giggle... "Ab kuch bolo Sameer aur hn yeh secret humare bich rakhna chachaji tak paucha toh mehnat waste ho jayegi meri "
Sameer who was till now listening to all this patiently suddenly lost his calm " pagal ho tum kya ... Itna bda risk liya ... Kuch ho jata toh "
"Hua toh nai na Mr Maheshwari" she interuppted in between" ... " Naina yeh mazak nhi hai saare lecture mere liye hi hotey hai tumhare khud itna bda galat step liya... Tumhe bharosa nai mujhpr.. Ek baar bolke dekhti kuch raasta nikaltey hum par nai har faisla tumko akele lena hai... Pta hai tumhe kuch ho jata toh mera kya hota socha hai kabhi bhut selfish ho tum" retorted Sameer
Naina knew what she did wasn't right but this time this was all she could thought off... She moved very closed to Sameer and cupped his face and tried to calm him down " Sameer tumpar pura bharosa tha aur aaj bhi hai mujhko par apni family par nahi unko tum nhi jantey tedhi baatein jaldi samajtey hai tum koshish karte mnane ki toh tum aur mai yehi budhe ho jatey aur inka kuch na hota janti hu inko after all mere andar bhi inka hi khoon hai na... Waise bhi kisi ne kaha hai pyaar aur jang mei sab jayaz hai ... Aur tum itna pyar krtey ho mujhse kuch nhi hota mujhe" and winked at her flirteously
Sameer didn't seem much convinced with her idea he stepped back and turned his back away from Naina and stood still
Naina knew he has melted but was little hesitant in accepting all this. ... She looked all around and her eyes fell on the fruit basket lying on the corner table with a knife.. She walked towards the table grabbed the knife and spoke out aloud so that he could listen " Thik hai phir jiske liye yeh sab kiya usko hi ab meri zarurat nai.. Hey bhgwan ab jeekar kya karungi... Bina wajah itni research ki usi din 5-10 faltoo kha leti toh aaj yeh din na dekhna pdta mujhko... Jis ladki ka honey wala pati ko uski fikhar nai voh jeekar kya kare"
On hearing this Sameer immediately ran towards her,took the knife and threw it away and hugged her tight " Yeh faltoo bkwas dobara ki na
toh mujhse bura koi nai hoga samjhi.. yeh naya blackmail ka tareeka hai tumhara... Har baat maan leta hu tb bhi... Huhhh... Bhut pyaar krta hai tumhara hone wala pati tumse"
Naina lifted her head slightly she had tears of happiness in her eyes she smiled at him " I promise kabhi nai jaungi tumse dur tum dhakka doge tb bhi nai... Aur woh gaana hai na Janam Janam ka sath hai humara tumhara agar na miltey is jeevan mei lete janam dobara toh bas aisa hi "saying so she again buried her head in his chest. .. She found her right place her own home in his arms feeling the warmth of his love.. He too gently kissed her forehead and teasingly replied "Sach mei apne khandaan par gyi ho ...khoon mei draamebaazi bhari hui hai. Hey bhgwan raksha krna jeevan bhar meri in agarwals se " and laughed out loud she too hit him playfully on his shoulders and replied " ab bahar chale sb humara intezar kr rahe honge humara bhulo mat shadi hui nai abhi tak"
