Is Sameer Even ATTRACTED to Naina in any way? (I am Confused) - Page 3

I have observed thing starting

Comparing how Naina and Sameer fell in love is wrong. Cause their journey have been different and they fell for each other in different ways. Naina first fell attracted to Sameer and then was infatuated by him hence the devotion and she still has a step to go in loving him after the bet issue. I'm finally glad that the bet went off so that this devotion vision of her is now off. So things will be very interesting on Naina's side now. Till yesterday she only loved the side of Sameer she was made to see and she wanted to see. With the bets going off she is coming in to all of Sameer's side with lot of prejudices just like how Sameer had for Naina in the beginning. So the girl still gotta love the guy. Whereas for Sameer it has been different approach and opposite. Sameer first got to know her amidst his mission of win the bet. By the end of it Sameer is in love with Naina. Yes she is definitely an emotional support for him. But I dont see how wrong it is. Stuff like these are what makes people love each other and care for them. But no. He isnt attracted to her yet doesn't mean he isnt in love. But he will be attracted to her cause he is in love with her. So things come to them in different ways. And no Naina till now havent been a punching bag for emotional drama. She is in the receiving end of this bet. But so is Sameer. The bet messes both of them. Sameer is riddled with acute guilt of hurting a good hearted girl. That guilt overpowers his love for the girl. And it's logical. He wrecked this girls life. So he gotta think about how to mend it up or lament what he has done. Rather than be goofy about how he is love with girl. For him his feelings of love comes latter to his guilt. His devotion will start now where he will try to make up for this girl.

This is Naina's journey and discovery of love, Not Sameer's . They have never shown Sameer ever being romantically inclined towards her except for the times he wanted to win the bet. He has only appreciated her for being nice . I hope they don't show him falling in love with her suddenly out of nowhere. That would be a big disappointment and going the Ekta kapoor way. Let his feelings be restricted to massive amounts of guilt for now. Maybe the story will evolve in the future where he might be attracted to her

Sameer walking away was unexpected but he is not a guy in love that will hang around to clarify things with his GF. It was guilt that made him walk away. Let his love for her be a slow process

Naina has experienced her first love, let her experience her first heartbreak. The story is really progressing well and I hope they don't mess it up. It will be interesting to see Naina handling her heartbreak secretly amongst the agarwal loonies , just like she was able to have a full fledged secret love affair !

Well I don't get this point frankly about this as Naina's journey and discovery of love. Sameer apparently is that love. So if his journey and he isnt an integral part of the story how to appreciate them as a love story. It goes both way. I think this is a very misconception cause Naina is a narrator. But the show has been about both of them. Both of their stories started on how they were before they entered each other lives. Their meeting. Their respective personalities. Their respective family drama. Their respective journey of love. We pretty much see two set of stories so really dont get how this is Naina's story. Both their stories ultimately make the love story we are here to watch for.

The proof is not running after her, when Swati comes telling him that Naina is lost in the jungle.. The other instance where he takes the blame on himself in front of Rakesh too.. is what he would have done for any dear friend of his.. For Ishq wala love 😳 (sigh! how cliched.. but never mind), there should be a sense of fierce protectiveness, that she is mine..a hint of jealousy.. a hint of possessiveness..

Oh I get your point completely. And you make complete sense. But I think we see differently on some aspects. Major being you aren't convinced of Sameer being in love. I being convinced he is in love. The major reason why I can say that Sameer like "Loves" Naina for real is about his mother issue. This is a tangent which Sameer has with noone and plays a very important part of his relationship with Naina. Not even his buddies Munna and Pandit. Naina fullfilled a very hollow part of Sameer. Stuff that is very intimate for Sameer. Noone has cared for him the way Naina does. Things like sweater that kind of devotion is a definite point of stirring feelings in Sameer. Which is why Sameer unknowingly fell for Naina. He denies it cause I don't consider he had his realisation yet. As for the passion. They didn't have that phase yet for Sameer. Whom he would be jealous off when Naina have been doting all this while. If ny understanding is correct that phase for Sameer comes later. Like in this case I expect it in this redemption track. I don't know if you have seen Kuch Rang Ke. But as for a reference. We also saw Sona falling for Dev and being passionate about him. Dev's passion for Sona came a lot later in the story. Which was also destructive for him. Which I consider the same in case of Sameer. Sameer loves his friends a lot and is very devoted to them. So it can be estimated how devoted and loyal he would be to someone he loves. Sameer wasnt actually looking for love here. But he fell albeit unknowingly. Naina is special for him because she healed a part of him which he was so wounded inside him. Stuff like this make people attached to each other in a very intimate way. Binds them like no other. Atleast that's how it used to happen in 90s. People didnt share so much of theirs with each other and still be friends you know. That's a relatively modern concept. And that's the point of their story. How simple it is. Which is why I definitely see how this guy is in love with this girl. So for Sameer , Naina is this epitome of sunshine is his life. You would see him laughing so freely with Naina with that glint in his eyes. He might have never expressed it in words how he feels about Naina like how Naina did. But his actions were enough to put the word out. The boy is in love. The pyaar mein pagal phase yet to come.
