Back in those days, Twitter wasn’t a popular place for Hindi TV viewers. This blog was the only source of TRP. The blog still provides TRP data. Check the 2013 archives.

Yes. That's correct. In fact, I only found out about the ratings system from this forum. That was in 2014. Those were simpler times when TRPs had zilch importance. Thank you for the link. Will look into it.

Thanks for sharing, but we dnt have to go that far, YHM had gone from 1.1 in the week of launch to 3.3 in third week ie 22nd dec to 28th dec 2013 itself now that was a huge jump in ratings. This just goes on to prove it was a unique show at that time that too at 11 PM slot. People stayed up to watch the show. And it continued its ratings for almost 2 years.

Good ratings for yhc

Means it's managed to retain a good part of old yhm audience
