KP was offered 50 lakh INR to attend the Navratri event organized by India Club here in Dubai but he turned down the offer. His mom and wife attended the event though.

Yeah, I normally speak for her but take it from me, she herself said that she herself was warned against doing comedy coz it would ruin her brand value. And almost five years of trashy shows followed by two failed shows on a below par channel; whatever hardship she faced for Dulhann looking at it now it was her saving grace.

Her PR has done commendable work...

You are right...I think in many of the interviews she has told how her life post dulhan was ...how she used to not get proper roles.

Inspite of all this she came out to win the second innings successfully that too independently

That's what keeps her confident and grounded I guess bcoz she has achieved it all on her own with her hard work.

DivAn are truly the best in TV industry right now...glad they get paid so much.

Ronit Roy is another wonderful actor.

I personally feel drashti is a much much better actress than hina khan

I live in Delhi and it's not very known for hosting Dandiya/Garba events but I checked if KP and DT were coming, event management authorities said no star cast of YHM coming... so I was sure about Delhi.

I used to follow PKYEK back in the day and Geet was a sister show. Then Madhubala had PKYEK male lead and Geet female lead. Though I didn't follow it, it's partially safe to say that DD obsessive fans killed her career. From calling PH, to obsessing over single details in episodes and other places and revolting over nothing - it's crazy. I can't say much since I did not follow her but it's sad to see that something similar is happening to DT. A friend of mine linked me to Bad Company promotions where a fan used demeaning language against the PH for pouring water on DT. There comes a point where, I believe, PH and other actors do not want to be linked or work with certain actors due to their fan following on a negative perspective more than a positive.

But at the end of the day no one is a saint and we know none of these actors on a personal basis.

You are not wrong but DD is now sidelined because she's married. Unfortunately that's the sad reality for the actresses working in tv and film industry.

Agreed.we can only like or dislike them for the work they do.

When I mentioned personally I meant , personal choice as a viewer I felt DD was a better actor😃
