The remuneration per day is fixed for every actor as per their contracts. It doesn't matter if they are given less work, they will get the same amount as per their contracts. CINTAA is very strict about this kinda issue.

Thanks for the info. But why SP suddenly air the show even on sundays. Will this be also maintained per CINTAA rules?

Actors now have to over work in weekdays, not EVERY Sunday with few exceptions. I guess the side character actors of SP shows have no issue working in weekends as they hardly get any chance and their remuneration is comparatively low (maybe around 10-20k).

Thanks again for the info. Anyway the actors are pressurized if not in sunday but for over time in working days

Not really. Sakshi Tanwar, Smriti Irani (when she was active) and Mona Singh are top earners in this industry. Sanya Irani was also among top earner list for her show Rangrasiya. Unfortunately, that show didn't do well and now she will have to lower her demand for the next but this is true for all actors respective of their genders.

One thing is still very depressing and that is the marital status of the actresses. Once an actress is married, she is hardly considered for a lead role in a big project. Even if she is considered she has to cut down her usual remuneration. For example Drashti Dhami despite being the top tv actress has to significantly lower her remuneration for a new project after her marriage... Bollywood is no different too.
