Honestly I am disappointed with the execution of this track too but what can we do about it, the only saving grace is the acting of the leads because they are phenomenal as always.

Also I understand your POV about motherhood being more of an emotional experience than a physical one but here Ishita has already experienced the emotional side of it twice over, she hasnt went through the physical one which is what eggs Raman on and while I get it what makes him think the way he does it has been not exactly amusing to watch him not be a little sensitive in this matter and speak nonstop about the baby that might never happen, something which even he knows. Positivity is good, but not when its in this proportion, if you know what I mean

As for them having sex purely to enjoy each other, honey this is Indian TV and sadly the land in which Kamasutra was written that is a sensation around the world the mention of the mere word is a big taboo even now, to show a couple have a healthy sex life and just purely one where they seem to enjoy the act and love each other is something that I dont see happening on our show for a good decade at least if not more which it might as well be, god alone knows when the day would come that India would stop making stupid saas bahu dramas and instead make something about real people with real problems, feelings and attitude towards life, career, marriage, sex and everything in general rather than holier than thou, larger than life characters...and whether I would even be around to see the day when and if it happens 😳

Each and every word is deeply rooted with emotions. How do you do it all the time. Iam actually stammering for words...

When I read a book or any piece of work, when it touches my heart I remember other works that i love to read again and again. But still this new piece would remain afresh. Like wise is your writing do to me Aani. Especially this one.

Its like you are watching the scene...in the serial and what does that do to me is i get conclusion and answer to the untouched part in the serial. Watching has more impact in you than reading, but after reading your work, i can't differentiate between what i had seen and what i had read. Your words have that much impact on me Aani.

This particular OS is no different. It has really touched me and left my eyes watery.

And Aani i dont have any other words to say.

I understand the "Indian TV" thing. But somehow, I believe, if the timing didn't change and YHM still aired at 11, we wouldn't have this 'sex is only to procreate' thing going on. It would have still been intended but not so early in the relationship. I mean, they got some action after a year and half with a lot of hits and misses. Give them a break!

i've said it each time you've written, i love love love your take on ishra relationship. and if i may say so, i love ishra a bit more because of it. their love just seems...real. it's the little touches here and there that makes it so. though as much as i love your raman, with this one ishita stole my heart. one thing that i think dt is doing fabulously is portraying emotions of infertile woman. each time that balloon of hope is punctured, ishita sinks a bit. though raman's love anchors her, even unknowingly. loved it when what she pains her more is that he'll go through hell with her, will feel her agony and stay with her throughout.

ishita's tear reminded me of something i read- when god created mother. it's a convo between God and an angel when God was creating a mother. here's a part of it..

Finally, the angel bent over and ran her finger across the cheek.
