I know he's lamenting that his 'budhapeka laathi toot gaya hai' but today was Raman wrong in feeling that he and his family was receiving the brunt of unfair treatment from his extended family and Bhallaji's skewed sense of judgement in how the bahus/ daughter should be treated?

And Romi .. Oh wow such sense of responsibility towards 'his family' ..and Sarika forgot the reason why Raman offered the money?

As unfortunate as it is .. If I were in Raman's shoes I would have felt the same disenchantment towards my "family' .. Only Simmi is the one who still has not lost it.

Loved this scene the most .. It was so heartrending scene of a man who has always put his family beefore himself to be betrayed by them and feeling so desolate and reaching out to his only solace ... Ishita . Karan was absolutely fantastic today .. Especially in this scene .. The way he choked on 'Aaj koi... Tumhare siwa Aaj koi nahin!' And reached out to her for comfort..the pain was so palpable .. And the way Ishita comforted her husband... It was truly a gut wrenching watch

( sorry I have been running around toady.. So this choppy post)

~Update
I was so upset after the episode I had to take a break...it's very deja vu for me ..growing up in a joint family and then witnessing it fall apart because of one person planting some doubt which lead to the family breaking apart...It's not pleasant and like they showed ...at the end no body other than the person who created the daraar sleeps in peace.

I did not understand what was Sarika trying to achieve there, first she accused Raman of insulting her because according to her, he didn't want her there and then when they were leaving she was all pleading with Romi to not let Raman leave...I'm sorry that felt a bit odd.

And till yesterday it was Raman who was Ishita's pillar of support...today she understood that while he's acting tough in front of others, he was devastated in the inside and gave him the support first silently by leaving the house with him, though reluctantly and then giving him the comfort of embrace and a listening ear that he needed to vent his feelings. The mutual love they have shown and the solid support they have been to each other during this time is the silver lining of this heart breaking track. This is another flavor of love, standing by each other when everything seems to go wrong and be the anchor of each other ...mohabbat indeed .

Notes:
  • Mihir was awesome again today...the guilt in his eyes when he noticed Raman has heard Rinki's hurtful words, as he knew how dear the siblings are to Raman's heart...and he tried to aplogize on Rinki's behalf too. I have a feeling some khichdi will happen about that house he talked about
  • Loved Neelu's FB part...it's so true to life as someone who has been with the Bhallas for so long, she is part of the family and to see everyone separate like that was sad for her too. Nice touch by the CVs
  • I don't know what awaits us next week...but this whole week was a testament of what the CVs truly can produce if they want to. Good solid week of meaningful writing, execution and acting. Kudos to the whole team

Hi Gan,

Beautiful collages above and heart wrenching collages on page six

Yesterday when Raman and Ishita were walking out of the house with one kid in each of their hands they looked like complete family.

They way Raman stopped for his father to acknowledge and stop him from leaving and when he realized that his father is not going to stop him and Adi tried to intervene without a word he stopped Adi with a slight hand on his shoulder.

Ishita even though new that it would be hard for him to live without his family tried to stop him initially but once realized his hurt was too much she walked behind him quietly that spoke volumes about their relationship

Ishra hug in Iyers room was so sad too see but it is only my opinion instead of him getting up to pull her into the hug it would have been better while sitting he pulled her and buried his face on her tummy like once he did with Toshji when he bared his soul to her after he asked Ishita to apologize.

Raman state when he said there is no one is the family expect you it was such powerful acting I felt like pulling all the members of the Bhalla parivar and hitting them to make them see sense for hurting such a man and at the same time wanted to envelope him in a great big hug to comfort him.

Neelu fb into the family was nice that showed she is also part of the family like Raman said when he was getting signature from her

Mihir is one pure soul his eyes showed so much hurt when he realized that Raman had heard Rinki call him that man

I felt bad for Simmi as well she was the only one who tried to stop them from leaving. She went straight to Ishita because she knew she is the only one who can make her bhai do anything

Iyer was nice he knew his sil much better that why he told him just for the night he can stay and then move out afterwards and his silent acknowledgement to Simmi was nice too watch.

I am wondering whether Sarika hit Adi by accident or she did by purpose she fueled the mu by bringing in old incident when only Raman gave her money for her support only because Romi did not want to do anything with her but even if it is a scratch on Rohit she did not have to act like this but it was only a sketch mark and if washed it would go away but Raman is wrong when he defended his son. When Romi came he was still in insulting mode to his bhai and when they were leaving Sarika said it is her fault why did she say that when Romi came in between her and his bhai or to Mr.Bhalla. I still feel he did not feel bad when his bhai and bhaibhi walked out of the house.

I guess this track is to butcher Mr.Bhalla

Anyways coming to the point today too Mr.Bhalla came in middle of an supposed argument. He came when Romi and Sarika were saying mean things to Raman and Raman watching without opening his mouth and When Raman opened his mouth to answer back he stopped him and said she is the DIL of the house learn to respect her then what happened yesterday when he was there for the whole fight and Romi spewed Venom on Ishita he did not say anything so Ishita is she not a DIL . I have a doubt whether he is against Ishita because the company was transferred in her name or he is not supporting her because she cannot give them a baby so is not considered as a DIL.

Raman was right in question his father whether Ishita is not a DIL and I am 100% agree with him in moving out of the house.

G 👏👏👏👏👏... The collages are making me too emotional. It's too heavy for me right now. Maybe the track but your collages have been outstanding 😳. The post as well 😳

Now coming to rant. I agree this is a very realistic track that CVs have come up with in the recent times but it's was too high on emotions. As you mentioned in your post, similar DejaVu feelings. Coming from a joint family and the track is just too much to take. I am bogged down with real and reel pheels.

Rinki is one person who will not change easily. Her mind which is right now running behind money should really be put to rest. It's this reason which has broken her family completely. I am so happy about Mihir. A character beautifully penned. He Promised to stay with Raman come may what. I love him for verbally slapping every time about IshRa on Rinki's face. There is someone who needs to do this and I am glad Mihir is doing that. I really feel he should give her a slap or two as well. I know I have been repeating this statement but she is getting highly intolerable. She is spoiling my viewing pleasure to be precise 😆.

Seeing Bhalla Ji like this is really really heart wrenching. A person who did supported Ishitha during Param kaand, A person who kept telling everyone to be patient, A person who always thought before taking a stand is now being played. He did not mind talking against Raman, the minute Rinki spoke about the Power of attorney. Maybe that was his insecurity I agree but whatever happened yesterday was clearly crap from his side. What kind of a relation did Sarika and Bhalla Ji share that Raman was blamed ? She has been here for two days and other bhall members could support her so much. For working all his life for the family and investing 1.5 years of their married life for the same family, the two deserve everything. But not one want to believe them. Bhalla ji was completely wrong when he stood unfazed looking at Ruhi and Adi. I am not sure if Toshi would have stopped IshRa but she would have definitely made an attempt for Ruhi and Adi. If this is their decision then let them starve for days.

Sarika and Romi - they have been the next disappointing character. With what rights did Sarika slap Adi. It might be a mistake but no one has the rights to slap a kid for any reason. Is she going to go kill every mosquito that's going to bite her kid ? Romi all shaking his head for these kind of reasons is just making it look bad. It was an issue with adults and should have been dealt and treated like one. There was no reason for Sarika and Romi to involve Adi. If Rohit is Bhalla Ji's grandson then Adi is also one. Had it not been for Raman and Ishitha, there was no Adi and Ruhi. Since when Sarik consulted Romi for asking apologies ? If you were really sorry you could have. Romi is talking about Aukad ? When did he have one to talk about. Had it not been for Ishra, the kid they have all been fussing about would have been in orphanage. I felt for Adi, the kid thought it was all his mistake. I teared up there 😭

The last scene had to be my favorite yet a painful one. Raman is an angry man but never did he imagined a life without his family. To see his family giving up on him for money would break anyone. If they again have to live as one happy family, it's going to take a lot. WHen he hugged her and said you are the only one for me. Oh my 😭. DivAn nailed the scene 😳 and the hug was one tight one ☺️ ❤️ ☺️ ❤️. Loved it but the scene was just too much for me. I can never see these two crying and the only which made me feel good was the hug.

Oh God, today's episode.. It was beautiful.. Real stuffs were highlighted... Mihirrr...What can I say about this man. He was fantastic today. He showed Rinki her place today in a firm calm and determined voice what this company meant to him, what Raman meant to him. I fail to understand how come Rinky is bad mouthing Raman jab usko pata hai Raman did everything for her...Arghhh Rinkyy... I hate u lady!😡

"Baachi hai baachi hai".. taang aa chuki hu... agar baachi hai toh, phir shaadi kyun karwayi isski...!?😡

Sarika Romi has completely lost it.. I have nothing to tell.. Kahan ki baat kahan tak leke jaa rahe hai yeh log.. Like seriously.. Aj baadi fikar hai Romi ko apni family ko leke! Its nice to see the change but this way..too bad. I wonder why Romi didn't tell what he heard or where the fault was laying. Ishita and Raman were totally clueless about his reaction. As u said, I felt that part a bit off... She raised her hands on Adi subconsciously then she pleads Romi to stop?

From past three days, as in ever since this Misunderstanding drama started, I seriously wanted Raman to say these lines which he spoke to Ishita today.. "Sarika ne aajtak kya kia iss ghar keliye jo Papa aaj uski side le rahe hai"! BANG ON!👏👏👏

Now the most terrific and heart-wrenching scene..Raman crying and Ishita supporting him 100%. I cried out.. I could not see that... So painful...In such situations, a wife will only support her husband or vice versa.. That line Aj koi..sirf tum mere saath ho.. Oh God!😭😭😭 Too much intensity filled.

I totally loved that sceneee... Raw Emotions pouring in... Brilliantly executed it also . Karan was fantastic. Indeed mind-blowing performance. He pulls off any shade just like drinking a glass of water... Splendid!👏👏👏 Banda STAR hai totally!⭐️

Simmi is the only sane member of the family... Loved her attempts to stop her bhai-bhabhi.
Neelu, after long she got her screen-space. Yes, those FB were beautiful.

How lucky we all will be if we got a home-maid like Neelu.. Trust-worthing, caring and innocent... Yeh sab serial mei hota hai..! 😆 Sorry, got carried away.

Drama hai, dhuki track hai.. I don't mind until and unless its all related to real life. Well this one is soo close to life that at times, out of majboori you have to leave the house or stop helping the people whom you loved more than anyone, because they take us for granted.

Sometimes I feel its better for Raman Ishita and kids to shift somewhere far after clearing off the air. Many people will not agree to this because people say the kids will miss the family environment but for peace I would stand for this. Not selfish, but its better to say away so that unnecessary insults for doing nothing can be saved. Pyaar milega, Parivar milenge, Shant milega aur khaas karke Izzat milenge. I hope I made sense.

Beautiful collages Di... Heart-wrenching...!😭

G - First of all I want to say that Yesterday's thread was so rocking...I enjoyed reading everyone's take...& Iam so glad that we got something good in the episode to talk about..😊

Coming to the episode...

Iam glad that everyone felt bad ,they just didn't brush it off and go to do whatever they are doing or not doing...but sadly I didn't care about any of their feelings except maybe for Neelu's...😆

Romi & Mr.Bhalla have seriously lost it...& Sarika is no Ishita, when we strip everything away and just place them in bahu's status...Today it proved once again how Ishita is different...Who actually cares and gives more than anyone else in the house...
The family first need to discern that...Actually everyone in Bhalla house need to have this time out from Ishra to seriously realize their worth...

The thing I like most in Ishra's relationship is that, they let the others yell at them when they need to let out things...they don't get offended because they know the other person inside out...Today Ishita knew how Raman was hurt , even she was hurt and still she tried to pacify him and when he is not ready she left with him with out another word...That scene was really saddening and reminded me of the similar scene from the epic Ramayana...Well Done Cvs...

Raman for all his shout and anger really cannot live without his family...He admitted it in his own words today...To him family is everything and that is the reason why he is so much hurt with all their bizarre reactions and behaviors...

Now I want a serious track where the Bhalla family first realize their mistakes and then repent and then may be some deep apologies...Cvs when you have gone all out, then please give us the much needed closure too...

Oh man, the collage makes me 😭 That scene was heart wrenching.

Firstly, beautiful collage and amazing post Gan.

It's hard to gather thoughts about a track that's so intense, extensive and involves so many characters.

Raman and Ishita have bend over backwards for these same people who turned their backs to them and didn't have an ounce of respect, enough to stop them? I am unable to understand how Mr Bhalla became so one sided, got so much of an ego that he couldn't understand what was going wrong. And both the times he's raised a voice its when he hasn't heard both sides of the conversations. He walks in midway, chooses a side and rants away?

I have time and again questioned why Raman's words 'Ye Mera ghar hai' pricked him. Raman has used that line a million times before only to get his point across while he reprimands his siblings. Why now? He's always taken a step back and let Raman take responsibility. Then why this time did he not even try and talk to him about anything before deciding that it was Raman's fault.

Decisions made by adults affect children and families the most. Mr Bhalla's bias here when he sides Rinki over Ishita and Sarika over Raman created a rift. Rinki and Romi have become unbelievably defiant and Mr Bhalla allows it. But Raman whose standing up for himself and Ishita isn't allowed to do so.

If I were in Raman's place. I would take the exact decision. There is only so much anyone can take. And after a point when the limit has reached, outburst like these have to happen.

Feel's pathetic to see Raman cry. And felt horribly sorry for IshRa. But was glad to see that Ishita honoured his decision. On one hand she wanted to stop him knowing his decision was impulsive. But on the other she knew that matters had gone out of hand and it was natural for him to do so. Her endless support to him and the way she reached out to him later was beautiful. No matter how much they fight amidst themselves. They are the first ones to reach out to the other and be pillars for each other.

At times I feel, that its somewhere Raman and Ishita's fault that they do so much for everyone that when they want to think for themselves for once, the family whose used to seeing them selfless finds it hard to digest. Ishita even today cared so much about if the family had eaten or not, if Papaji had taken medicines or not. There's no mean bone in her but sometimes for her own good, she should raise a voice and take stands. I hope eventually in this track, that point does arrive. But then Ishita and Raman wouldn't be the same if they wouldn't care as they do. And if they would do what we sometimes feel they should, we wouldn't be able to relate either

This weeks been a chain of amazing writing, amazing episodes. And great performances by each and every member of the cast. A special mention to Karan, Divyanka, Aly, Raj. They've been phenomenal.

Gan - seriously lovely collages over this past week. They have been some of the most powerful collages you've shared with us! You take the mood & emotion brought on screen and take it to another level. I just love it because it helps me get a feel for the episodes when I am unable to watch, so thank you so much. 😳
I've been silently keeping up with everyone's discussions so I will try not to repeat what has been said by others.

I just watched the scene Ishita-Raman-kiddos leave the Bhalla house & then the scene between Ishita & Raman. This track just pulls at the heart strings too much. I may have to pull an accident track & keep up with the show via LU & watch key scenes until I see a sign things will be fixed...and then I'll go back & catch up with everything. 😆

About this track...unlike most tracks before...it started on a funny, almost nonsensical note, and built to high intensity drama. Because of this I pray we get a justified ending where all the characters are given a chance to rebuild themselves.

But this is YHM. Outside of the length they took Rinki...most of the current track is built on core character emotions, insecurities, egos, and so on. There are antagonists but they aren't creating OTT scenarios and such. Ashok is still a kamina but he's acting like a classic manipulator...he finds people's weaknesses & tries to use it against them. That is a relatable villain in my opinion. YHM shines when it uses human emotions to progress the plot.

I can't find myself to blame any character (except maybe Rinki) because each character is falling prey to their inner demons. I don't agree with their decisions and behaviors, but most of their reactions generally make sense given the circumstances/MUs. They can't see beyond their POV to salvage their family. That's real. We all are prey to our inner fears & ego at times. Our emotions are both our strength and weakness. Yes on the show things are a little more extreme but it's a daily soap...some exaggeration in scenarios & dialogs have to be present so I'm not going to bang my head over it.

Only Rinki is now coming out as more negative, which I wish they would stop because I don't want to see a Bhalla become full on negative for the rest of the show. Initially her demands & insecurity could be rationalized, but they are pushing the boundaries with her character now. Per SBS/SBB & IG posts, things will continue to escalate, but I hope that with the mess that is made...Rinki sees the errors of her ways. We may not go back to viewing her as before, but for her character it is a chance for growth.

Let's all just have a silent moment requesting the universe or whatever religious figure you believe in if any for a justified ending to all this.

P.S. Even if it's to make things worse for our sweet, teddy bear Puttar & biwi...our Paramji is coming back! 😳 So many of our alternative to leap suggestions are coming true so far! 😆

P.P.S. I hope this made an ounce of sense...I'm currently hopped up on sickness meds. 😆

Reserve ! Will comment after I watch the episode ! LU made me sad on behalf of IshRa, I can't imagine, what watching the episode will do. !
Edited...
Yesterday's episode was one of the most gut wrenching and heart rending one. I felt bad for Mihir and Raman.

Mihir is such a stand-up guy. So honest, such a pure beautiful soul, who is doing everything in his power to keep Rinky happy. Unfortunately, Rinky seems to be the kind of person who will never be happy even if Mihir were to give her the sun, the stars, the moon. She is the kind of a person who will always peer beyond and ask for something that is out of her grasp.

What upset me was when she tells Mihir, you still believe THAT MAN, whilst referring to Raman. In a blink of an eye she has forgotten all that Raman has done for her. He has become THAT MAN for her, because he wanted to secure his wife and children's future ? How selfish and ungrateful she turned out to be.

The way Sarika got upset and angry with Adi n then slapped him was totally uncalled for. Yes, her child got a tiny scratch. But that did not mean Adi did it deliberately. He was playing with his cousin. Poor kid was so traumatized. Raman was right in defending his son. Until now in the history of YHM we have not seen anyone raise a finger on any child, be it Shravu, Ruhi or Adi. What right did Sarika have to slap Adi when his own parents have never done it . And to top it all instead of defusing the situation, Mr Bhalla aggravates it by chastising Raman ? Mr. Bhalla, favours the girl who was a recent addition to the family, and stood mute when the woman who stood by his family through thick and thin, whilst she was being insulted by his daughter ! I totally got Raman's hurt and anger. He tried to speak and what did Bhallaji do ? He shut him up and walked off.

Romi again reiterated that only Sarika and Rohit were his family.

Raman made the right decision to walk out. Sometimes, distance gives people perspective and helps in making a proper and correct decision. Poor Adi kept blaming himself for the fracas that took place, and I loved the way Ishu consoled him. And also kind of liked what Raman said. Let him realize what families are like.

Did anyone else get a feeling that Romi was feeling guilty when Raman, Ishita and the kids were leaving ? His expression was kind of like that. The way Raman stopped hoping against hope that his father would stop him leaving the house was really sad and heartbreaking. What really made me mad was Sarika saying she will apologize to Raman. Why did she not apologize immediately instead of letting the situation go from bad to worse.

Bhallaji n his tears did not make sense to me. His lament that his family is broken and his support for old age is lost did not get any sympathy from me. In this he is equally responsible for the break down of his family. If he had put Rinky in her place and stopped Romi from spewing venom, things would not have spiralled so out of control !

My heart broke for puttar when he spoke about how he got over Shagun's betrayal and Ruhi's custody and how they stood by him during his darkest hours. Today he was totally and completely isolated by that same family because he stood up for his wife and wanted to secure not only her and his children's future but also their future.

Loved the way even after leaving the house Ishita was still thinking about the family and the way she held puttar and comforted him and stood by him.

Amazing performances by all once again ! I don't think any other tv show actors can match yhm cast. Barring a couple, they are miles ahead in the acting category

Exactly Gan Mr bhalla was again not fair with Raman.. again he reacted and blamed Raman without knowing entire matter.. its obvious Raman will feel he and his family receiving unfair treatment... and then he was lamenting.. "budhape ki laathi... mera ghar toot gaya". Well he didn't uttered a word when ishra and kids were leaving house instead of stopping them he told simmi he didn't asked them to leave.. i mean seriously and then he just went to his room.. he was quite disappointing today...

Romi oh this man till now never showed any responsibility towards his family despite of getting so much chances after doing so many kaands.. and now he become so much responsible for his wife and child forgiving everything whatever his elder brother done for him till now.. what reward ishra getting after doing so much for there family !!

Ishra scen was beautiful Raman was totally broken was missing his family... the way he poured his heart to ishu and hugged her tightly ... Loved it.. really nice to see ishra stand by each other becoming each other strength in this difficult time there relation becoming more stronger.. Hats off to DT and KP for portraying ishra so Beautifully that makes us loving them more and more ❤️ 😳
