Thanks Tanvi... Raman is one of those realistic characters with whom one can connect instantly... Its interesting because of two reasons... One is the realistic aspect portrayed through Raman... Selfishness...

Another important is that...Finally, Ishra in the same screen... Chahe voh jagda bhi kyon na ho? Puttar...aur ladaayi karo biwi se... Itne desperate kara diya hume cv's ne...😡

I agree.

For me there were 3 highlights in the episode.

1. Obviously that poignant shared moment between father and son. It was beautifully enacted and shot. I realized today that Gautam is a good actor and I think such scenes come naturally to him.

Karan was brilliant too. I am just heartbroken for the father and son. (Never thought I would say this but Adi? He looked so sad today I just wanted to hug him)

3. Start of a new beautiful relationship between Rinki and Mihir.

2. I loved that slap..but that REACTION by Romi killed it. That "Yeh le Shagun! Abb mazaa aaya" wala expression.😆

It was so naturally enacted.

Was it just me or did anyone else notice Shagun moved her face to her right before Ishita slapped her😆

And lovely collage Gan :)

PS: As per new spoilers, ruhi-adi swap hone waale hain. I don't know whether I will cry or throw my TV away if this happens.

Power packed episode there is so much happening in so less time some how i dnt feel the connect!! They r running as if they want to wrap up the show 😕

Today Adi was really looking upto his father to stop him from going with shagun!! Today there was no anger in his eyes like before but the hope that his father will stop him from going!! He was really longing for his family and his father!! Adi's redemption has already started; now only he has to see shagun's true face and i am sure that he will choose Raman over shagun!! That day is not too far!!

There is a spoiler about kids swap drama i just read one article saying as decided during custody case judgement adi will come and stay with raman amd ruhi will have to go with shagun!! 😕 i dnt get this whole turn of events y will ruhi stay with shagun when raman has her permanent custody?? I dnt trust these cvs anymore!! It has started giving me jitters now!! I hope they keep the essence of ishraru intact thats the only thing which is constant since the begining of the show everything else has taken 360 degree turn but ishraru!!

Coming back to today's episode raman today stood out as father and i m really looking forward to adi custody case!!

Rinki mihir r looking cute together and yes ishita's instincts seem to be right!! I was never against mihir rinki marriage i only had problem with the way it happened all of a sudden with so much ott!! Mihir had to move on amd rinki was a gud choice!! Forget about bhai part in initial episodes as its of no use in YHM land!!

About romi sarika fiasco both raman and ishita r ryt from their perspective!! Getting sarika married to romi is the only practical solution to make his mother happy and ishta is also ryt because she want him to respect sarika. when romi was fit to become a father he denied taking sarika and the child's responsibility and now when he has lost his ability to reproduce he wants sarika in his life thats very regressive thinking on bhalla's part and also its about a girl's self respect so i agree with ishita more on this issue!! Lets c hiw this plays out!! Some people r saying ishita only wanted romi to marry sarika initially then y is she opposing now but back then also ishita was trying to protect sarika's dignity and wanted romj to take the responsibilty for his deeds and face the reality And now also she is trying to protect her dignity as sarika was already rejected by bhallas for not being a sanskari girl!! The sudden change of opinion of bhallas is out of majboori Nd not out of love or respect for sarika!!

And 2 kadak slaps in 2 episodes waiting for the 3rd one tomorrow fir to hat-trick ho jayegi 😆

After watching the episode, more than anything I would like to request the writers, could they please tone down on the use of the word baanjh ! I know this is a drama, but the use of this word is now grating on my nerves !

doesn't shagun love talking about class and status? then why was she screeching like a woman from the slums? disgusting and monstrous would be an understatement. Balaji truly succeeded in creating a shameless villain. I muted the entire scene because anita's high pitched voice was killing my ear drums. it strangely reminded me of the time when I was watching ekta kapoor's version of mahabharat, and anita was playing draupadi. her screeching during the cheerharan scene still pains my ears.

Just have one thing to say
I miss the old yhm. I really do.
It was pure. It was realistic. It was much much better.
We had two individuals with a painful past. We had a lil girl craving for the love of her father n craving for a mother. We had a woman who is infertile. Ww had a man who lost his emotions after facing betrayal in his first marriage. We had a lpve at first sight between ishita and ruhi. We had a nayi soch. We had a man marrying a woman he hates (vice versa) just for the sake of his daughter. She came as a mother yet she bonded the father and the daughter like never before.
We had a beautiful love bloosoming between raman n ishita.

This all was so adorable to watch.

It's not the same...All we have is...

No confession
No consummation
Fights between ishra
Raman blamimg ishita every now n then.
Adi being the centre of attraction
Shagun n her evil plans that doesn't seem to end.
No Adi realisation
Messed up mihika
No mohabatein
No happy family
topping the list... no raman-ruhi-ishita.

I miss the old yhm.

Spoilers regarding the kid swap has added to the contempt for the current story line. I hope this is false.

All I want is...

Ishra confession
More mohabatein
Ban on the word banjh
Raman-ruhi-ishita
Adi realising ishita's love
No shagun for sometime
No child swapping for god sake
A happy ishra...just for each other.

Congrats again Gan... jst now saw that RSA has retweeted your collages of his. Wonderful.. they are so beautiful that it deserves such recognition. Congo shongo dah'ling..👏

Coming to the episode, but for the first scene when Adi was being dragged away, nothing connected with me. Brilliantly enacted and the pain was really heart-wrenching. Great job Gautam. The pain a child faces thanks to his parents separation was beautifully portrayed.. I cried with you.

Actually I felt a kind of deja-vu at the end of it all. Cant even bring myself to comment on Shagun's banshee screeching... and that must be a new low for me. 😕

I felt that there was such a total disconnect in the flow of the episode ..some bad editing to give more screen time for shagun, perhaps?

My comments are usually based on what I feel when I watch the show, may be anger towards a character or total gushing love towards one, or an intense reaction to a situation but today I, as a woman, feel sad, abused and disgraced..

Before I sign off, one last comment on the last scene and precap. I am with Ishita in this. It is very selfish to want to marry sareeka just to ensure that the lineage is continued, it is wrong on so many levels. When that girl asked for help, nobody spared a stone in thrashing her and everybody was eager to kick her out. Now that Romi has issues, they are out looking for her? And what if after the marriage she gives birth to a girl or even worse after marriage has a miscarriage then what? Will they kick her out? because these things do happen .. and all are part of the reality that is called life..
Raman is shown in the precap explaining to Ishita about why the need of the hour is to find sareeka 'cos of Romi's condition. Does that mean that Raman too thinks that a certain value is attached to a man or woman's ability to procreate? Does he really understand and accept Ishita's condition? Would he have married Ishita with her medical condition if he was also a childless divorcee?

Note to self: Chill Malu, repeat 1000000 times.. "dont get so attached to someone's figment of imagination.. it is written with TRPs in mind.. "

Sorry Gan, and everybody else on this thread for coming up with a totally negative take. I apologize.

I am so looking forward to reading the uplifting comments by my friends here in the thread.

ur 2nd part i read it made me 😆
I have no problem with fight they have on difference of opinion...his view is to make Ishu think as per family welfare rather than in general human...
im so getting fed-up with high end drama over-all...its very stressful for me to watch...

i agree with Raman's part if they dont make him quite here & there like monday episode...its raman char i connect with...
