Brilliant write-up and beautiful Collages Gan!

For Raman-Ishita:

"Sometimes, reaching out and taking someone's hand is the beginning of a journey.

At other times, it is allowing another to take yours."

Vera Nazarian, The Perpetual Calendar of Inspiration

The Ishra scene today took me back to the episode where Raman asks Ishita for her hand- asking her to stand by him in all the challenges of life. Today again he asked for her hand, albeit to assure himself that she is there, like always, by his side. How quickly she understood that her husband was talking to her about his own problem in a round-about way. Loved the confidence she has in him- Comapany apse hai, aap company se nahi. Words so true for a self-made man like Raman. He has done it once, he can do it again. it will be tough- but when you have the right partner and a strong backbone (read-family), it is posible. A very normal conversation between a husband and wife with no out-of-place feel about it. Something that I wanted to see ever since Raman's office problems started- Puttar-Biwi staying strong and together overcoming all of their problems. I look forward to see how this track unfolds.

The Rinky-Ishita scene: It was very very realistic. I am not joking when I say that I have had a very similar conversation with my aunt some time back (though it was a hypothetical one). In a nutshell, she said to me- "When you have the right partner supporting you, you can achieve anything. If he is not right- just refuse- No one is forcing you". Though I do not like Toshi being so rushed about it- I found nothing wrong about how Ishita handled the whole situation- where her MIL insisted that she be the one to talk to Rinky. She just convinced in a very nice way to meet the guy- not marry the guy; and therein lies the difference.

For Romi and Adi:

"My dear young cousin, if there's one thing I've learned over the eons, it's that you can't give up on your family, no matter how tempting they make it."

" Rick Riordan

"Indifference and neglect often do much more damage than outright dislike."

" J.K. Rowling

Once again- Felt bad for the kid. Why do I have feeling that he is again going to cover up for his mom? Tell Ishita that he lost the money Raman gave or something when he talks to her about the fees (Speculation, I know, but""). Romi- Karma is really a bitch. He is paying for his past misdeeds. But nothing has affected him more than the neglect and indifference from his family. He is in pain, and I am hoping that this leads to his redemption- A Final true one.

I think everyone here has echoed this sentiment innumerable times- What sort of a mother is Shagun? Who prefers to pay for designer saris rather than your son's fees? Hell, who am I expecting from- She gave Adi's fees money to Param at one point to pay Bhalla house rent. Pathetic really- Her friends are just like her- Brainless with too much money. I am hoping that Adi tells Shagun about Raman' financial situation- Tab aayega mazza. I can bear her for 2-3 mins on my screen- not when she is hogging 80% of the epi.

Gan your posts, collages and quotes are beyond brilliant and wonderful to read. I've been so inactive lately, but always read your posts on the phone. Shall edit this soon. 😃

Edited -

Yesterday's episodes was a great one. And because of a few things that stood out.

1. Adi's transformation, although sudden makes more sense than him being manipulative. Staying in a joint family, receiving so much love and kindness from everyone, he has to grasp the difference between right and wrong, and now that he has begun doing it, it makes for a good viewing. He's started to understand that his mother is not using the money she gets wisely. It must have hurt him to not get the money he needs for his education. When he stood outside the Iyer house confused whether to go into the Bhalla house, my heart went out for him.

And successively hence, the last scene with him and Romi, both the spoilt kids of the family sitting and sharing a moment was beautiful, in writing and execution. They've handled this very maturely.

2. Raman and Ishita's emotional bonding and dependency is remarkable. They both always know when the other is troubled. They always reach out to the other. Raman approaching her to share his troubles though still hiding it. Her understanding his lie instantly was proof of the trust and closeness between them. What I loved in the scene was that Ishita wanted him to keep his dignity and self respect on the top. The job's security was not as important as his happiness. She was ready to share the load and was very encouraging of him finding good work. The moment when he holds her hand reaching out to her stood out.

3. The Ishita Rinki scene was beautiful too. Ishita's dialogues made me smile and gave an insight into her feelings we rarely get. People say she was preachy but I hardly felt so.

4. The first scene. Loved how Raman wanted Mihir to reach greater heights of success and didn't mind getting out of the way.

Karan Patel exhibited a great performance many a times through the episode. In expressing a mix of emotions. Happy for Mihir, but feeling sad for himself. Happy for his sister but anxious for what's in store for his career and his responsibilities.

RES

Editedd..

OMG OMG ! What a beautiful episode.. I am left speechless! 👏
Gan Jaan, ur collages..Muahhh!!🤗👏Lovedd it esp the first one with B & W and the quote by author Jim... Hayeee! So perfecttt!😳

Something so regular that we come across in our daily lives is what was shown by Ishita-Raman. Such a realistic scene. Kudos to the creatives. Ishita's dialouge.."Chod do Raman, resign kardo" was the most powerful, meaningful sentence. The level of understanding highlights here in this scene! So wonderfully portrayed by KP and DT!😳👏

That scene where Ishita moves her hand just to touch him and give him assurance that she is there with him in all ups and downs was soo beautiful. And Raman's dialouge, u mentioned below ur edit was so freaking true - My personal favorite dialouge.

Thankfully, CVs did great in editing too!

My other favorites were Bhabhi-Nanad and Romi-Adi scene!

For all the girls who are unmarried, Ishita's speech, technically will do wonders. I completely adore their bond.

Romi's attempt to make Adi laugh was pretty much successful and I loved tht too..Adi is soo much redeeming aajkal he is in thinking mode. I so love this change and He is finally seeing how his mom is!

A beautiful episode overall... Loved it totally!👏

Looking forward for tomorrow where Adi will get to know about Raman lost his job and he will hesistate in asking fees!

There are some subtle scenes that shows how unique IshRa is. I loved that Ishita didn't go for his hand and hold it rather, she waited for him to want to hold and when he did, she forwarded her hand for him to hold! It might seem a very simple scene but to me, it was Ishita assuring him, that, 'It's nothing! You don't need my supporting hand. Nothing's changed, you're still in charge'. And that for me, makes all the differences in the world. It's nice to have someone hold your hand reassuringly when things are bad, but I think it's nicer when someone makes you feel that things aren't bad at all!

Beautiful collages and update as usual!
