On a blistering cold day when I was busy fighting mother nature's wrath whilst being cold and wet came this beautiful piece of writing to warm my heart. 1. I am not flattering you when I say that this is how I envision their confession to be, EXACTLY like this! I am a minimalist at heart and this little encounter between Raman and Ishita is way more appealing to me than any grand gesture could ever be.

You know I am purist and enjoy things that remain true to the characteristic of Raman, Ishita and the other characters of the show. The setting, the scene, the dialogues, the inner thoughts, the actions of the characters in your story so closely resemble the world of YHM that I am used to seeing on TV.

I absolutely loved the contrast that you ever so cleverly brought out in Raman as a father to Adi vs Raman a father to Ruhi. While fatherhood to Adi brought Raman pain and anguish, fatherhood to Ruhi brought Raman peace and serenity. What a beautiful way of highlighting this in your writing by having Ruhi's little arm protect her father from his own thoughts of guilt and anguish over his son Adi. Lemme love you for this! ❤️

Right from the moment he looked over to the missus hugging Ruhi to the moment Ruhi captured her parents in a picture, it was all sheer magic. I had a smile reading it and my imagination ran wild picturing KP and DT performing this very scene as Raman and Ishita for us to enjoy. I loved how conveyed the conflict between the maturity of parents vs the impulsive almost teenage quality of their love, the urge to move closer in intimacy and the responsibility of being parents to their little bundle of joy. Sigh...the juxtapositions of life! 😳

From Raman gazing at missus while resting his head on his hand being supported by his elbow, to his hands examining the contours of her face while giving her pecks full of love all over her face is Romance at it's finest! #fangirl alert #you made puttar even more irresistible

I loved the missus in your story as well because she took charge, she wanted to be with her man, she wanted his touch and his proximity, a part of me died when she caressed his face and he turned to kiss her palm! #faint #Ican'teven #way too many feels ☺️

One of my favorite romantic movie is Up, I tear up every single time I watch the scene when the couple take their wedding vows and a literally sob at how beautifully they age together, your writing and the magic of emotions that you weaved into your elegantly simple story reminded me of the movie I mentioned above. I can envision Raman and Ishita growing old together in harmony just like the couple in the movie Up.

I heart you! ❤️ I want the confession to be like this, no grand gestures are needed when their love is the most grand of all!

Thank you for sharing this brilliance with all of us, I thoroughly enjoyed it and apologies for rambling on and on. I tend to get carried away.

Coming back to your OS, again, it was adorable, i just loved how both Raman and Ishita were totally IN character... could visualize EACH and every thing happening as an imagery 😳 and Raman and Ishita atleast finally made out to an extent 😳 That was the best part! LOL because, again, otherwise, there is a finger-to-cheek kiss in real life if i may remind you :P That too, honestly was cute, but we do deserve a real kiss now, i mean, dont we?! 😳 The fact that theirs' was not an OTT grand, over dramatic, PLANNED confession works JUST FINE for me! :$ so glad it was this way! Loved the sight Ruhi woke up to and i'm so glad she actually took a picure 😳 haha how adorable! :)

Really well done, keep it up and im DYING for another one by you, please! :$

world. It doesn't have to be all those grand gestures, no special place or occasion to say the words. There is nothing more special than the embrace you confess your love and that's what I loved the most.

I didn't want this to end neha, seriously.

P. S who wouldn't like this song? In fact it was the title that made me read it.

So very intense at the same time subtle. They dont need any grand gestures to confess their feelings.. they already know it in their hearts.. its just a matter of getting to verbalize it.

Loved the natural flow of events that led to the declaration.. which makes it much more toe-curling and romantic. Not planned, not grand... and with ruhi beside them.. it just somehow seemed complete..

Would be great if you could post this link in twitter or somewhere like that.. so that the CVs could read it.. and get some ideas as to how to proceed with a story instead of all the ring-around-the-rosies that we have had..
