seriously i just realize i am Ekta's Ishita while she is my Raman.

I stay through her endless bull shit ..telling my heart that she is a good producer so i stay hopeful that she will change and Accept me is a viewer wholeheartedly , but for TRP, she makes me entertained today, only to make me disgusted the next day.
As far as i still watch Ekta's shows, i cant even fight Ishita over staying with Raman.. I FEEL HER PAIN

earlier I used 2 enjoy this show...it was entertaining...but now it gives only heaf ache...cdnt enjoy the show..no lighter moments all the time drama...people will go mad if they have much of problems in their life...

Kelaji, at this stage, Let us not have any comic relief. Let Ishita take everyone head-on and just leave! Raman does not deserve ishita. He can marry Shagun and live with Adi. Ishita can go with Ruhi, no one cares too much for her anyways. It is clear that evn thou Raman blames Ishita, he loves her JM mode only that too since it all benefits him in a major way. All were pissed off when ishita gave away the ear-rings? Whats the point in wearing those ear-rings if Adi and Raman will keep blaming her for every damn thing?

Both raman and toshiji were sick today How could he say shitty stuff and blame ishu for Adi missing Whatever he vowed and promised to ishu had revered by himself today He is again becoming blind and possessive daddy lover of susu Adi baccha that he believes whatever Adi and shagun is telling about Ishu only if Mihir clearly the air on what he heard and saw when he came to bhalla house The episode was disgusting totally And his double standards he accuses ishu and taunts her for ishima and all and at Mihir house he says ishu loves Adi very much the. Him again being biased...he bought ice cream and called out to Adi..what about Ruhi who loves ice cream very much? He didn't even call out for her...he forgets everything even ruhi when Adibis around... No surprising if ishu and ruhi leaves he would miss them Adi baccha joh hoga waha uske paas And toshiji less said its better...ishu is yashoda maa for ruhi but step mother for Adi She can and will throw ishu out if the house for Adi and even Ishra divorce if Adi demands These maa beta were too much today

I read in one of the posts above that raman has made a lot of empty promises ever since the Mani guilt track- Is it because he now knows that whatever the hell happens Ishita is going to come running behind him and not let him go away from her? In my eyes, another example that he is taking her for granted- Big time! He and the Bhallas need a very harsh wake up call and soon.

To tell the truth- an act is not something you can continue for a long time- one day Shagun- GKC's true colors will be out, but I guess it would be too late by then.

CVs are really butchering Raman's character and ishita's patience level is something to break now and she should react before it gets more worse. She really needs to open her mouth. Kaali Maa kahan hai???

Really hoping that this track goes in FF mode soon. Can't tolerate this SHIT anymore. Raman was pouring care concern love and even danced for/with her and in two days time, he turned tables. Goddd...!!!

Toshiji is sooo like seasons. Kab change hojaata hai hume pata bhi nahi chalta! Ghar ka chiraag.. bullshit! Adi is soo bad mannered! Yuckkk! Isko sudhar nahi skte! Raman is getting weak in front of Adi. He is going back to square one!

Current OLVs... stand with Ishita.. Silent treatment is perfect for Raman! He just can't take her for granted.. That line "bacho ko sambal nahi aati hai kya" irked me to HEIGHTS!

I would not mind him yelling at Ishita even if he was deeply in love with her - if she was indeed at fault! But here he has just taken her for granted. Only yesterday he blamed her for getting shagun in the house and today he was literally begging shagun to come with him! And I don't want Ishita to entertain him in any way, he feels he can do whatever and then say some nice words and poor Ishita will be all happy! Another thing I don't get is that even when he claimed to hate her he seemed worried about her in some way. Now he gives a damn if she is hurt or crying, he just wants Adi! Not that ishita does not want him to have Adi, but the way he accused her today! Its good there was no honeymoon etc. ishita can leave him and he can go back to shagun and Adi!

I mentioned the accident track because the lines were the same then as they were today - Raman, Adi, Shagun versus Ishita.
@Bold: See, Drishti, I don't think they need to cultivate sympathy and heartache for Ishita - as most women on this forum, and the TRP aunties would (or at least I do) sympathize with her being saddled with a psychotic step son and in laws who are treating her like a second class citizen.

Clearly, the only relationship she has with Adi is through Raman - the rest of the people in that house have blood relations with that Green Lantern. And so what today's episode did was reinforce the idea that no matter what that woman does, she's gonna come second to the Oedipus kid.
I love both Ishita and Raman with their flaws. I don't think anything she's done so far other than the earrings (read: erring) fiasco has been too JM, and now Raman's brains have gone for good.

How I see this situation is simple - neither Shagun, nor Ishita have the right to decide who Raman is going to prioritize. Only Raman can do that. Ishita - as seen in today's episode - cannot send Shagun out of HER house. So it comes onto Raman that he makes a firm (AND SENSIBLE) decision.
Does that make sense?

Your wife can only take so much before she breaks. She can only tolerate your ex wife to a certain extent. I can TRY to sympathize with Raman's fixation with Adi but the fact that he has been (from day one) blind to Shagun's inexcusable presence in his house is something I can't forgive him for.

This is the same guy who shouted at Ishita for bringing a drunk Shagun home. Are the writers telling us that he's gotten over the whole ridiculousness of this arrangement with his wife and ex wife, all for his kid?

I always try to find excuses for the characters I love - the CVs made it so, sympathy for the other character, frustration, pent-up tension, the whole essence of the character, bleh bleh bleh. I do that every single time. But this time, only Raman is to be blamed. Not because they want more sympathy for Ishu or because Raman ka wicket girana hai or whatever it is, but because he clearly cannot prioritize or rationalize when it comes to his son.

I have more to say but my sister is going to knee me if the light from my phone disturbs her one more time. So, I'll leave it for later.

Nene right?! Can I just say you verbalized Raman and his follies very very well here.He should read this to know what his POA now should be-clearly he needs help to clear his head off the blind love fog.
Being blindfolded with someone's love seems to be the central theme of the show:

Toshiji-GKC blindfold
Shagun-well her priorities keep changing between Ashok, Ishita, Raman, money eyc etc
Simi: Param at one point
Raman: Adi

I am remembering the many instances Raman got frustrated with Simi coz she refused to see Param's truth coz she was soo blinded by his love-guess the siblings aren't all that different afterall!

True...There has never been an outburst from his side EVER that hampered his characterization. Had he screamed at Ishu and just stopped even if it hurt her I see nothing out of character there...but his gesture, his body-language those were simply undigestable. Exactly my point Adi's life was at stake during the Hosp seq..He was worried, he panicked hell Adi even blamed Ishita in the few seconds he got but Raman stood rock solid by her and to see this today Like I said I have no qualms about him showing his frustration and Ishu having to feel the brunt but they escalated the whole thing for no reason to a point of no return. (Did that make sense😕)

Their approach to the show seems to have altered since the time-slot change, which is fine. They have a different demographic now, but it's just frustrating because we know what great things the CVs are capable of. As a viewer, I hated the accident track, but I would watch it because it was woven together nicely. Now I'm not seeing that. The CVs do a good job of giving us a few scenes that show maturity like before, but these prized scenes are becoming far and few.

Why I don't understand is why can't the CV's see for themselves that when they did not try... when they just came up with great tracks including the accident track for the very same reason you mentioned (Execution and emotion was nicely crafted), when they just did what they did best which was deliver a story that was relatable TRP's were served on a silver platter to them...The quality of work they did made that happen...and today when they are running behind it with all these drama the TRP's are dropping, Why can't they just see that. From the year long run of YHM what viewers old, new or the one joining want is a drama NOT at the expense of a choppy storyline and crappy execution?

I truly wonder what the CVs are trying to play at with this angle. I know a few others (@VeeAnn & @vidya.anand) have mentioned how thanks to the last 2 episodes & then the OLVs of Monday's episodes, it almost negates all sweet lovey-dovey things in this show. It's funny - since the guilt track, Raman has just been making lots of empty promises about either (1) fixing things (Mihika kaand, etc) or (2) his love for Ishita. That's not the Raman that was built in this show from day 1 because even when he was an angry young man, he stuck to his word. I will just be keeping blinders on as I continue watching this show just so I don't break my iPad while watching!

That is one thing I like and so far still maintained about Ishu's character (CV's knows when that will go down the drain) she makes promises that she can live up to...I really don't think I have seen her make promises for the sake of it...Raman until a few days back was also the same but in just 2-3 days he negated 8-10 promises made and If I were to go by my instincts the Pongal-Lohri function will see the promise that was made pertaining to Ishu's family also saying ta-ta bye-bye

Gosh I tried to be calm but everytime I tried to write my blood started boiling.

What kind of regressive thinking is that you reprimand the adult in front of a 12 year old, not even knowing what's wrong. So the same woman who you thought was a Yashoda maiya to your one grandchild becomes a Putana for the other? How insulting is it for a daughter in law to be told to stay away from their GKC? Where will she go? Vanish into thin air?

For Raman. First and foremost..You have your ex, your parents, 3 adult siblings to take care of your, 12 YEAR OLD for heavens sake, "Bachcha"...so why is it Ishita's responsibilty to babysit your 12 YEAR OLD GKC? Shouldn't it be your family and his birth mother, who lives under the same roof, who should be protecting your precious GKC?

For you to have the balls to mock "Ishima" ? Remember not once but TWICE she's the reason you retained custody of your other child, Ruhi ..who you seem to have forgotten ever since your GKC has started living with you. And to do it in front of first Neelu and then in front of your mother and sister, the whole "folding hands" dismissal at the end and the sentence about no one can come between your Adi and you?...Did your braincells freeze at the ice cream shop?

I get that Puttar was stressed out and panicking after discovering Adi has left and probably got a deja vu of six years ago. But nothing absolutely nothing gives a spouse the right to be a jerk like he was today...he was verbally abusive and downright condescending today. He kept on hitting at Ishita's softest spot...her wajood as a mother.

yes he can say lovely stuff about Ishita in front of Shagun...but that doesn't take away the fact that today the person who ridiculed Ishita's most important identity: Ishima...is none other than her husband, Raman.

So I would like to see how the CVS redeem their male protagonist, Raman Bhalla...because to me as a woman, he was just butchered into oblivion as a crass, uncultured jerk...and he has never been that.

Agree totally with you Gan! Raman doesn't deserve any excuses today-he was waaay outa line, for no apparent reason!! Such a wonderful complex character reduced to an uncouth insensitive selfish husband.
