But what else can we do yaar... But it doesnt mean that I've lost hope as the story has great potential, amazing cast and most importantly has delivered till date.

And I still think its one of the best shows on TV.. I need to be more than frustrated to let go.

I hope they dont get me to that state.

Aani bang on post.. ur every question is very much logical but its better to not expect any answer.. u think CV's gonna listen.. i don't think it happened for 1st time... many interesting tracks were introduced and they were butchered badly by CV's ..

as a viewer for me this track was not sensible from day one... and sadly things took extreme turns...

some said Raman is wrong, some said Ishu is wrong and some felt both need to understand..

frankly as viewers we all have our views but CV's they just show whatever comes in their mind and dnt bother to show any logic or justify their track..

if u ask me rather then all ur asked questions, i wanna know why they introduced this track on first place? what CV's wanted to show us ?

a guilty man who dnt trust his wife coz of his bitter past, a wife for whom dumb is a really small word or they wanted to show husband and wife fight wid each other to extreme and then become lovey dovey very next day. they dnt even need to talk and sort out their differences...

from the day i have started watching YHM i want IshRa to talk abt them and today again m standing on same point... too much happened but they never talked.

one day they fight and other day they r just normal.

so called professional writers don't even know to give proper ending to their tracks...

this track had gud scope to show both's weak points and how both r going in wrong in their marriage and they need to work together for it... but CV's ruined it all..

and yes their forced nok-jhok and romantic scenes out of nowhere r no more fun to watch...

i soo wish to reply to some of the responses here... but time constraints ...

one thing that i'd however, like to point out... Raman's insecurity... doubt on Ishita... giving it the "adultery" tag is not right. Raman thought he was being cheated, and that she did have feelings for Mani perhaps because he was better than Raman in many aspects apparently... but adultery? I mean the words he spoke the other night in the bedroom while he was drunk, yes, they were harsh, and they did point it to it that he was seeing them in that light, but he was horribly drunk, dazed and cheated. All that he said in that condition can not be taken too seriously. and im only talking about "that particular night" when Ishita was apparently "forced" upon, by Raman.

However, im pretty sure, had Ishita not been able to push him or whatever, he wouldnt have done anything, but Khair, that doesnt make any difference, but i wanted to say that he did blame her for being disloyal, cheating on him... but being involved in adultery is a HUGE and different thing altogether 😳 I just mean to say, it didnt exactly go to that level, bas... i mean Raman's doubt and suspicion and insecurity... did not go to THAT extreme. Ishita wasnt going spending nights with Mani. She was always within the confines of his home, their room. Again, the words that he said that night are not to be made total sense of or seen very logically, he wasnt in his senses. Terribly broken, furious, cheated... and drunk.

So called love declaration for mani can be used to think against ishita... Shagun will use it.. Y did they show Ashok stating that r u trying to remarry raman?.. Also y is it shown that shagun notices ishita and mani together often...

So the nok jok is ishras way of getting back to whr they were but both their insecurity over their respective partners will come into play.. The track is not over .. Just merged with the next..

at least the CV can show us a short scene where mani ask ishita how sudden change in raman and FB shows raman says sorry for what he did wrong and ishita also understands his insecurities and the next moment she tease's and says "sorry bolne se kya hoga apne mera gift toh tod diya" and then the scene from Thursday episode where raman again says sorry and toshiji hears their convo.

what you people think ? at least this will be somewhat logical

Thank u for the explanation .. i agree with u . the track is far from over .. this is after all the Yeh hai mohabbatein track . .it can't be over til the mohabbatein is confessed ..

Since i don't comment on predictions or speculations or spoilers .. i won't comment on the Shagun angle ..

But yes the insecurity angle ... which is the biggest sword hanging between the leads has not been dealt with .. its far bigger than any issue which this mini track could thru up ... after all this mini track was a by product of his insecurity ...

Thru my convoluted way of speaking . this is what i was drawing attention to . while prima facie we may feel this track has ended .. all is well .. this track is very much on .. cause .. the main issue lies open .. but we are still stuck on small issues .. like who was more at fault here .. realisation on how much at fault each one was ..

sorry & all don't mean anything in telly land .. one can explain thru assumption & make believe that grovelling happened in the backdrop .. & as an audience one has to palate the same .. thats so not the issue with the recent crescendo in this track .. a crescendo does not necessarily mean ... an end ..

The issue which was brought to the forefront in this track is much bigger .. that of INSECURITY . which cannot be dealt with by a bite of kalakand ... so if we all think this is resolved its not .. what is resolved is the misunderstanding .. which anyways did not have a leg to stand on coz it was based on a joke exchange between 2 friends ..

It's shagun play I fear the most.. Whether she wants Ashok or not.. As u previously stated in ur posts.. She is a person who goes after greener pastures.. She made a comment after raman's speech.. She never could believe raman could go far ahead than Ashok..

So it makes sense to show raman's insecurity over mani not resolved .. So shagun can use it to her advantage.. The amount of destruction that she could do is what I fear...

Also mani's statement to Ashok.. What hurts ishita hurts him.. He is in love with ishita.. Right now he is being a good friend but what will he do in the upcoming track would be interesting to also broaden the mu between ishra is something to see too

Hope the writers are thinking along those lines..

We have been exchanging PMs since thursday .. regarding the move the track took .. Yes i concur that we are an episode short in this tale ..

I would say a week short but even an epi would have sufficed had it been handled the right way

( do not agree with this .. but chalo for the sake of making a smaller post .. will take this as TRUE) ..

yep, chalo he was drunk - she said he is not in his senses - she doesnt think over it much after she leaves him standing with Mani once she comes home with Romi...but what about all that he said to her in front of Mani - he was drunk in their room not on that road, not while he thanked Shagun, not as he insulted her on the dining table - so exactly how much is too much? or in this case too little to brush aside?

So will not even bring that topic out here .. i have a question which is of much bigger magnitude than a simple sorry for PHYSICAL INTIMIDATION IN THE BEDROOM .. HEINOUS SLIGHT TO THE WIFE IN THE BEDROOM ... INSULTING THE WIFE INFRONT OF A THIRD PARTY ... ACCUSING UR WIFE OF INFIDELITY IN FRONT OF THE PERSON WHO U BELIEVE SHE IS PRACTISING ADULTERY WITH ... let us all take for a moment that this was resolved by some stroke of amazing luck ... ISHITA has a short term memory loss .. or she is so desperately in love .. that sab BHOOL CHOOK MAAF ...

or maybe all that was some mirage created by some horcrux that Ron oops Raman had tied around his neck 😳

Raman by an amazing stroke of luck .. probably felt Manisha was a pet name for MANI .. & he laughed it off .. & may even save Mani's name as Manisha in his phone book ... 😕 .. he by some amazing stroke of luc overcame that his wife lied to him .. chalo its ALL's well that ends WELL ...

But this serial had a VERY BIG ISSUE between the LEADS which was RAMAN"S INSECURITY which was highlighted from December 4, 2013 episode of the show

Now as a resolution for this BIG ISSUE .. we have seen a laddoo & Kalakand .. scene ...

In which Ishita makes it very clear that she has understood Raman's insecurity & she is pandering to his ego .. also she made it very clear . she was now in love with her husband .. & her past love was out of her life ... .Raman hugs mani .. flashes his dimples .. & AAL IZZ WELL ...

Now here is my question for Ms. SONALI JAFFAR ... Dec 4, 2013 .. Raman Kumar Bhalla burst upon the scene .. his past .. & his insecurity as regards to his past .. was established from then on ... all thru the nearly 1 year of telecast .. in each & everything thing this man did .. the underlying factor highlighted was his INSECURITY ...

At the advent of this track ... at every given juncture .. Raman was transported back to his past .. where he was reminded of similar slights delivered to him ... & thru it his INSECURITY was highlighted ...

Now something which has been built up over 11 months .. which has been given the importance of being the MOST IMPORTANT CHARACTERISTIC in the MALE PROTAGONIST ... can such a thing be resolved with a bite of KALA KAND ...

All of 1. 2 mins was the space given to resolve a problem which was built over 11 months .. to me as a viewer .. i could overlook all problems .. but i still can't manage to get over this ..
WHY BUILD THIS AS A PAST V/S PRESENT ... .when u resolve this with .. KUCH MEETHA HO JAAYE .. the least the channel could do was in film branding & get Cadbury to sponsor this . to me i would atleast justify it as a BUSINESS DECISION ...

Any bit of scene mistake .. any bit of technical gaff .. any bit of story manipulation .. is tolerated .. by how do u dilute the BIGGEST ISSUE OF UR SERIAL .. with just a bite of sweet ????

I swear I wasnt even sure whether I wanted to slap someone or hate myself for falling for this show in that scene - all it takes to forgive and forget is one Kalakand - ek kalakand ki kimat hum kya jaane Ruby? 🤔

UGH .. i don't ever bash .. this is also not a bash post ... its a simple question to someone whose talent i have effusively appreciated ... i hope to get the answer of this post in some episodes ... the writer has not yet disappointed me .. & i hope to get a resolution or an answer for this .big MISTAKE

Finally I came across this post which I so damn wanted to see in this forum!

Till 2days back forum was divided into team raman and team ishita causing a havoc in forum for that night bedroom scene.
Wife calls him "janwar", husband believes she's "dhokebaaz" who's leaving him for another man
And suddenly now he is her cute ravan kumar n shez his jhansi ki rani!

It's as if they forgot to telecast or shoot the inbetween episode of after that night and before diwali night lol.

Pathetic CVs!

And I'm more surprised to see forum going ga ga over ishra's upcoming romantic scenes forgetting all that bloody crap they showed us that night..

Sorry to say, but I never expected logic in indian tv soaps.n definitely not expecting it from ekta's shows but commonsense is what is the least to expect, isn't it?
