Thank you! And beautiful quote I was going to use this one but went with the Bob Marley one.

Also I know am missing Ruhi too lets see when she is back as of now Ruhanika is on a break.

Since you loved the quote about monsters I urge you pick this one up really Gaiman is a wiz - its a short book and you would cherish it forever I promise you that ๐Ÿ˜ณ

And I so agree unless you cant love yourself how can you expect/gain love from others?

And as for watching Phantom at NYC on Broadway - if destiny permits would surely love to do that ๐Ÿ˜ณ

I have a month long vacation coming up to Europe and India so i'll pick up Gaiman, I am sure I will love it! I already am liking this idea of suggesting books! This is gonna be fun ๐Ÿค“

Beautiful post! I love the story you quoted. This is the first time I heard of it and I must say what a brilliant example.
Today's episode made it very hard to remember this is just a show. I think for married people especially in arranged marriages the thought behind the scenes hit too close to home.

Minus the drinking and being rough part, I guess most of the couples go through those emotions sometime or the other in their married life.

You have explained marriage and love so well. You are just brilliant..A very deep understanding of human emotions. I absolutely loved your post ๐Ÿ‘

To remember that everyone has faults, and to learn to love a person with his/her faults and see the whole picture to make a marriage work is a basic and easy thought that many marriages struggle with..

Yesterday's episode was just so mind blowing and so is your post...๐Ÿ˜Š

Swathi the more the merrier - first suggestion - Neil Gaiman - The Ocean at the end of the Lane - it may come across as a children' book but it is so much deeper if you look at it ๐Ÿ˜ณ

Nisha you are being way too kind with your words! I am far from a poet but I am glad you liked the post ๐Ÿ˜Š

Wow 70%? That's a very high number and a scary one at that especially for people like myself who are embarking on this journey. In US the rate I believe is 50% but I may be wrong.

Thanks once again for your wonderful comment!

Doc

The state I live in is as CONSERVATIVE as it gets... people fondly refer to us as rednecks๐Ÿ˜ƒ... and the favorite punching bags for Conservatives are "Democrats and HOW they've ruined the institution of marriage"๐Ÿ˜†
So my statistic MIGHT be biased... sorry too much politics... I guess...๐Ÿ˜‰

thanks Aani.. saying @bold makes me want to read it asap.. as I feel the books written for children teach you more in life..I love fiction like mysteries thrillers etc but thats cause i dont have to concentrate too much while reading at the end of a hectic day..
but such books I read on a day when i have time to get into the every written line ..
