Nope. This was a very basic blooper...
Admire kya, usne shaayad dhyaan se dekha bhi nahi tha. Instead of adding that scene, they could have shown us the precap waala scene

It was a pleasant surprise for me too. He hated her so much on that time of their marraige. How could he notice all these things? They were showing as if he was in love. I think He might be watched either their marriage cd or photoes.

why are you people so surprised? he himself said that "jab tum mujhe bhashon dete rehti ho tab mai ye sab notice karta hu" so he probably noticed her jewellery along with other things😉 while she was busy lecturing 😆( just kidding)
