Yes it is!! Magic supernatural stuffs also don't interest me much unless the book is extremely well-written and is relatable with its characters. Few years back I tried to read Game of Thrones Book 1 and I couldn't even move past 6-7 pages...Originally posted by: Unique.Sheep
Thats one point that interests me! I like books which are in the main characters POV rather than third person. More relatable😆

Mythology and Mytho fiction is one of my favourite genres.. I love crime fiction as well. I have a long list of TBR with more Mytho fiction! 😳
Oh our choices are so similar!😛I love those two genres too, and have a long TBR for both. Any recs?

HP is actually in third person but follows Harry throughout the series, so it feels like we're getting first person view of Harry. It's pretty clever.

I'm still exploring, haven't read much
I have read the children's versions of various Puranas and other mythological stories.
The Great Indian Novel by Shashi Tharoor is a bulky but very interesting read!
The Palace of Illusions is good.
I loved Dinkar's poem/book Rashmirathi (based on Karna)
A friend of mine has published his book based on mytho-historical fiction "Tarikshir:The Awakening" second part will be out next year mostly. Author is Khayaal Patel. The book is a rollercoaster ride of emotions and potpourri of genres but beautiful characters and storyline.
That's all for now. Aur yaad ayega to batati hu😳
