Yes it is!! Magic supernatural stuffs also don't interest me much unless the book is extremely well-written and is relatable with its characters. Few years back I tried to read Game of Thrones Book 1 and I couldn't even move past 6-7 pages...Originally posted by: Unique.Sheep

HP is actually in third person but follows Harry throughout the series, so it feels like we're getting first person view of Harry. It's pretty clever.

The Great Indian Novel by Shashi Tharoor is a bulky but very interesting read!
The Palace of Illusions is good.
I loved Dinkar's poem/book Rashmirathi (based on Karna)
A friend of mine has published his book based on mytho-historical fiction "Tarikshir:The Awakening" second part will be out next year mostly. Author is Khayaal Patel. The book is a rollercoaster ride of emotions and potpourri of genres but beautiful characters and storyline.
