Yeah what I like about Harry Potter Books is that the book offers much more other than magic. You should at least read beyond the troll chapter of Book 1 and then decide. The character dynamics and the bondings are one of the best things in HP books and whole book is written through Harry's pov and I always find Harry's character just so relatable (keeping aside all wizard stuffs).

Thats one point that interests me! I like books which are in the main characters POV rather than third person. More relatable😆

I haven’t read all the previous replies yet since I’ve been really busy but I shall get back to it soon.

Based on the likes I’ve selected the romance BOTM for August. I shall put the names of the other romance books as well since some of you found the others interesting as well.

There will be two books to read this month, since I wanted to try if we could read two books every alternate month. If it feels like too much, read only the book that appeals to you.

For the new members, check out the books we attempted to read during the marathon. The books are comparatively shorter and most of the members liked at least 2-3 books from that list.

I’ll be busy for another couple of days so I will put out the links for the books of August in a while. Hope you like the picks.

I haven’t finished Homegoing as yet, should be able to finish it another 3-4 days hopefully. For the ones who have, you can go ahead and post your short review.
