Also was Duryodhan anti god? I don't remember any mention of this in the book , the only god he went up against was Krishna but no one at that time knew he was a god....idk it's been a really long time since i read MB.

Me too read it last during lockdown, just refreshed yesterday since I wanted to do a Youtube podcast on Mahabharata myths

about the point No Duryodhan wasn't anti God at all. He didn't think Krishna was a God which is very normal for a person.

Also Dj character is still taking baby steps , in yesterday's epi we got to know abt his Ema and ruhi eqn so may be we need to wait to see how his character will come up...

Even Yuvika was off the mind at the beginning. Indecisive, incapable basically Phoohad in Hindi. But now she has reached her potential.

I hope they do it with DJ too, he shouldn't be just a puppet to Gargi like his dad

I think more than this it is to do with the fact that his whole life, he was told that he is the next heir, only he can rule and has the right to do that, and for now he doesn’t see Yuvika and her family as a threat to his goals but when he will, he is going to plan and plot against them

Hope so...becoz so far it's seems his mother is the main brain not him. Haven't done anything so evil apart from affair out of marriage but that's also known by wife (not that it's good). DJ's dialogue are not powerful. Only the look is edgier as a villain. Honestly, he seems little lost. It's like he wants power, but don't have any plan, tactic, or strategy to implement.

So hoping, that he turn out be good villain in future episodes.
