CHAPTER 4: EMOTIONS

Part 1 : Confessions:

Veer was shocked and mightily surprised to hear what was bothering his son. He couldn't believe that someone like Yuvraj could fall in love and be so worried abt it!

"Really beta, are u seriously in love with someone? Its so unbelievable!" said Veer

"Yes, papa..its unbelievable for me too...we just started dating...and somehow we liked each other a lot, and all of sudden I realised that im in love with her! And she also told me that loves me, but papa, her parents are not agreeing to this relationship. They already have selected a guy for her, and now suddenly, even she wants to break up with me! I dont know what to do..im so confused..I still love her, and im sad that she's not even bothered abt my feelings..."

"Hmm, sensitive issue...why dont you talk to her again? By the way, what is her name? Where did you meet her? Tell me the whole story son...il help you in whatever way I can..." said Veer, who was feeling bad for his son

"Her name is Priya, papa...Priya Dutta...I met her at my friend's party...we instantly clicked...and somehow we ended up falling in love too.." said Yuvi

"Wait a minute son, are u talking abt the daughter of Lal Dutta?" asked Veer for which Yuvi said, "Yes papa, the same girl"

"Oh my god! Yesterday only Lal met me and gave me the wedding card..of Priya and Vishal, now how can I go and talk to him? You are very late Yuvi! Now what can I do?" asked a shocked Veer

Yuvi said, "Yes, I know that too...and both of us had a mutual breakup, but its just that im not able to forget her...even today I dreamt abt her..."

"Forgetting someone you love, is like trying to remember someone you never met" said Veer..for which Yuvi asked, "Papa, did you really love ur ex-wife?" Veer said, "I dont remember a thing Yuvi, but my heart tells me that Ichcha was a wonderful woman...I dont know what happened to her, and Mai's stories abt her are unconvincing too.."
Yuvi asked, "Then why dont you go in search of her? Even I would like to find out what really happened to her...your present wife is only a pain for you...start searching for her papa...and Il try to help you too..."

Veer said, "First you come out of ur problem Yuvi, then we will deal abt this issue"

Yuvi said, "sure papa, and by the way, I have to go early to college today, because im in the panel of selecting the president of the students body head...and ive to choose a good person for that position..."

Veer said, "All the best son, choose the person who deserves it" Yuvi smiled, and shared a warm hug with his dad, and left to his room...

Veer walked towards his room, trying his best to remember abt his Ichcha...in the depeest depth of his heart he still knew that he had feelings for the woman who was a part of his life, and he wanted to desperately find her. He had tried many ways of finding her but failed. He felt bad for his son, whom he loved with all his heart...and hoped that he would be out of his depression soon. But yuvi's words made Veer go on a thinking mode...and he a got a new idea to search for Ichcha...


Part 2 : Back to the beginings ( Monica, this one's for you ❤️)

His Blackberry started ringing at a high pitched volume, waking him up for his already broken sleep. He cleared his throat, and saw the time..it was 6 am..
"Who the hell is calling me up and disturbing me now" he thought..and took his phone...it was a call...from India...
He took the phone and said "Hello", and the voice on the other end said something which infuriated him.
"Ive told you a hundred times that I wont be coming to India, especially to Mumbai, and why are u asking me the same question all the time? Can't you take of the business there on your own?" he asked to the GM of his company
The GM immediately replied, "No sir, we want you here for the inauguration of our new factory..so many famous people would be present, and if the boss of this entire kingdom is not present, then it would not look nice na?"
He had completely forgotten abt the new factory, and he immediately regretted his outburst. "im sorry, il surely be there...but il arrive on Monday morning, and leave on Monday night, please arrange for the flight tickets" he said..for which the GM assured him that he would take care, thanked him, and cut the call.

His stood up and walked towards the window...and brushed aside the curtains...and the city of New York was already bustling with people. India..he thought..India again...he didn't want to go back there...he feared that the memories which were haunting him would atttack him with full force once he went there...
He went and stood before his mirror...and Raghuvendra Pratap Rathore couldn't identify himself. He was still the strong hunk, and age had never dimmed his personality, nor his charisma, yet when one looked deep into his eyes, they could see a pain...a pain which only he was aware of...a pain that killed him everytime...
Mumbai...Mumbai reminded him of his old days...18 years ago..but more than himself...it reminded him of a woman..a woman who stole his heart, and later shattered it to pieces. His heart never healed, he knew that it could heal only by the person who broke it in the first place, yet he knew that it was an impossibility.
Like always, he walked up to his safe, and opened it. Apart from the money, documents, there was something more precious, a letter, a faded letter, written 18 years ago by his love, and the mangalsutra that bonded them..the feeling which coursed through him was unexplainable...it was a mixture of pain, anger, love burdened with grief and sorrow. Till this minute, he never knew why she did that, why she left him, but deep down, he simply hoped that wherever she was...she has to be fine...his Tapasya had to be fine...
With a strong heart..he got ready to face the next day of his life...without any emotions...because he had died within himself long since he lost his daughter, and his love...

Tomorrow, Meethi and Ichcha : The relationship begins...Chapter 5 :)
When Rathore goes to India, what is the unexpected thing he'l see? Will that make him stay there and strive for winning his family back?
And Yuvi will be heading the panel which chooses the students body president. Will he feel Mukta is a suitable candidate? Or will he feel that she's not upto the mark? How will Mukta react to this? Will a new hate relationship begin between the heartbroken Yuvraj and ambitious Mukta? And what is Veer's new step to find Ichcha? Where is Tapasya hidden in all this? Stay tuned for the oncoming chapters..:)

CHAPTER 2 - MEMORIES REKINDLED

Part 1: The new life..

She woke up at 6 am..and after her daily ritual of bathing and praying god, she took out her list of chores of today..and went through it..today was a kid's birthday..and she had a baked a beautiful cake to surprise the kid :)
All the kids were ready..and were whispering to each other abt the birthday party they were going to have today..and when she entered they all had a huge smile in their face..because they loved her...she treated them like her own kids...
She closed the little kid's eyes..and brought the kid to the table where the cake was..along with the candles..:) "Happy birthday diya!" she said, and all the kids sang happy birthday along with her to wish little diya :)
Diya was stunned! She hugged her tightly, and said "Thank you maa"..and Tapasya's face was glowing, as soon as she heard the word maa...
There were 12 children..all tiny tots..who lost their parents..and now their world was Tapasya..Tapasya maa..as they called her :)
In a little village in Kolkatta, Tapasya built a little house to protect these kids..and she helped them live a life..along with them..she too tried living her life...
Diya, pretty Diya...she reminded Tapasya so much of the little girl she lost...everyday the only thing Tapasya prayed for was..that her little baby should be safe...and she should grow up to become a wonderful woman...
She left the kids to play for sometime...and went back to her room...and opened her drawer..and like always..got tears in her eyes when she saw the photos of her parents, her nani, her ichki, her daughter...and finally..her love..
"No" she reprimanded herself for thinking abt Raghu, and went on to send the children to school...
She left the kids in the school...and along with her was Maya, the caretaker of the orphanage :) Maya was 50 years old..and she treated Tapasya like her own daughter..
"Tapasya beta, I could see the happiness in ur eyes when Diya was surprised..and when she hugged you, I could see pain too...I understand that u lost ur daughter...but everyday, I see you looking at the moon in the night with tears...why is that so?"

"Its nothing maya maa, i just keep seeing how beautiful the moon is...very calm and composed...I wish I was like that.." she said..

Maya replied..."I think u are like the moon Tapasya...beautiful, and calm, caring and loving"

Tapasya just smiled and left...and later she felt bad for lying to Maya. She saw the moon, because once her mother told her that if you miss someone truly, and if they miss you too, then you can see their faces in the moon..she didn't know whether she was imagining...but everyday, without fail, she could see a single face in the moon...a face that she would see forever...
She got a call, from a wealthy woman, who had heard about her orphanage, and wanted to contribute something...and Tapasya agreed to meet her in the evening...her name was Priya Dutta...she reminded herself to remember her name..

Part 2 : Unfamiliarity:

She came out...after 18 long years..back to her ammo...the feeling when she jumped into ammo's arms and cried was wonderful...she had her mother back...
Ammo was thrilled to see her daughter back..."You're finally back" she said, with such happiness :)
Ichcha's eyes searched only for two things...her Kanha, and her own daughter, Meethi :)

"Ammo, how will my Meethi react after she sees me?Will she like me, or will she hate me?"asked a disturbed Ichcha..

"Mayya, please don't worry, our Meethi knows everything about you, only that we didn't tell her anything abt Veer...because you told us not to tell her, she still believes that her father is no more.." said Kanha

Ichcha didn't want the forces of the past to attack her daughter, and hence convinced Ammo and Kanha to hide the truth and tell Meethi that in the struggle they had, Veer had passed away..Bundela parivar should never separate Ichcha from her daughter..she already lost her husband to another woman...she saw the wedding photo of Veer with a woman in a magazine..and she thought abt her son, who never knew that she existed..
She wiped her tears...and ammo told her "Meethi is waiting for u Ichcha! You will be so surprised to see how grown up ur daughter is!"
"Yes, I want to meet my gudiya, lets go.." said Ichcha with a smile, and they left the premises of Satara, and after a long time...Ichcha felt like she was reborn again...her own daughter was waiting for her...she wished that she could meet her son too...but that will have to wait...and hence, she set upon her journey..back to her home...back to everything...and still she felt empty...because her soul, her Veer, wasn't hers anymore...and yet she reminded herself abt her daughter...which bought a smile to her face...

Part 1 : The begining...

The alarm rang loudly...waking him up from his long dream...for a minute he couldn't believe that it was a dream...because everything seemed real...but he knew that his room, his alarm which was irritating the hell out of him was reality...and strong and handsome Yuvraj Singh Bundela dragged himself off the bed..and got ready for his jogging session and a game of tennis with his dad...
Veer Singh Bundela was already awake...and ready, and waiting for his son...and Yuvi entered the living room, Veer chided him for fun and told him, "Yuvi there will not be a single day when u get ready before me!" for which Yuvi replied, "Papa, there's not a single person who's as active as u, I seriously dont know how you manage it, ok come on, we're getting late!"
Veer and Yuvi left the house, jogged for 20 minutes, and started their game.

"What's the bet today, son?" asked Veer, for which Yuvi replied, "No need for any bets papa, we'l just play!"

This was unlike Yuvi, who wanted to have a bet in every game, and somehow made Veer lose everytime, so Veer asked him, "Are u ok Yuvi?" for which Yuvi said, "Fine, today's bet is 500rs, shall we play?"

Veer grinned and said "sure, lets start!"
The game went on for 10 minutes, and Veer couldn't believe it, he won the game! Now he was sure that Yuvi wasn't concentrating, and wanted to know what was bothering his son...

"Ok beta, now give me 500rs" said Veer, and Yuvi had a sheepish look on his face and said "Papa tomorrow?"for which Veer replied, "Haha, its ok, I was just joking! Now just come and sit next to me, and tell me what ur problem is"

Yuvi was shocked, because somehow or the other, his father always knew it when something bothered him. "How do u know that im having some problem papa?" asked Yuvi, for which Veer replied, "Ur my son, obviously I know it when my son has a problem! So tell me now!"
Yuvi sat next to him and told him..."There's this girl papa..."...

Part 2: Begining no.2...

She had studied hard the previous day...and she slept only for 2 hours, and she couldn't keep her eyes open...yet she tried to make herself fresh by taking a hot shower, and a hot cup of tea...because Mukta Rathore, a bold and beautiful diva, was an ambitious girl who wanted to top in her college and become a successful businesswoman...somehow she loved the field of business...
She went through her list of chores for today, and she was very excited about today, because she was nominated for the president of students body head...and yet she was bit tensed because it was her seniors who were going to interview her..but she knew that she was fit enough to get that role...and she got ready for college with a smile on her face..:)

Part 3: Begining no.3..

She didn't know how to describe her emotions...happiness, joy..and she was scared too..because she was going to come face to face with a woman..whom she only heard about...but never seen or spoken to...yes...the pretty and charming Meethi Veer Singh Bundela was waiting with anticipation for her mother. She had heard a lot abt her mother, from her Nani, and her Kanha bahiyya...she knew the pain her mother was going through...and she wanted to console her mother...listen to her childhood stories, tell her abt her childhood, and so many more things...but still, the prospect was meeting her mother..who was completely new to her was a scary yet wonderful feeling for Meethi...and so she waited...waited for her mother to come to her...
