Section 306. Abetment of suicide

"If any person commits suicide, whoever abets the commission of such suicide, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine."

Section 307. Attempt to murder

"Whoever does any act with such intention or knowledge, and under such circumstances that, if he by that act caused death, he would be guilty or murder, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine, and is hurt is caused to any person by such act, the offender shall be liable either to ¹[imprisonment for life], or to such punishment as is hereinbefore mentioned."

So the debate should stop here whether Tappu is accused of both these crimes. She is without any doubt. If anyone thinks she is not either (s)he is blissfully aware of the law or is trying to defend the indefensible.

a mother was narrating the story of rabbit and tortoise to her 2 kids.

Now one of the kids was in love with rabbits, and didn't like the idea of rabbit being beaten in the race. So he created a new angle in the story, that the rabbit woke up, felt bad for sleeping during the race...ran fast..and defeated the tortoise just in time.
The second kid, started fighting with the first kid....about making the rabbit win-he said that the rabbit really doesnt deserve to win....and started accusing the first kid ....just for the sake of a story.

Now did the first kid do anything really wrong?...He just used some creativity to twist the story to revolve it around his favorite rabbit..it was just a story-what was so wrong with playing with its characters a bit? Does it really mean the first kid had less morals? How immature it is to pass judgments on someone based on simply how he wants to hear a fictional story.

Yes, I am talking about the situation here.......its just a story, and fictional things could be moulded in any way the reader/audience likes....coz we are judging something thats not even there.......so why can't we really laugh over a tragic situation in a drama, or admire a negative character if it doesn't even exist.......or add some creativity to make our so called villain look better than the rest..!!

And please don't say the rabbit cannot be compared to Tapasya's negative character.......the way there was an analogy that no one can be thhoda sa pregnent....same way neither of the 2 characters can be thhoda saa fictional.....and any fictional character can be moulded in the way we want it to...😛...and anyone who fights with us on that...is really fighting over nothing..like that second kid in the story above...😃...now a question- if you blame a real person for his interpretation of an unreal and non existent story-that blaming it an act of a foolish or a wise person?

For the topic starter...even killing someone during an act of self defense is not a crime. In the books of lawwhat happened would be considered a suicide, not murder.
However creatives and audience can choose their own system of laws for a villain they hate...😛..its called creative freedom...and we are not arguing about that.😊

I don't really come to forum too often, but I like some creative people here...and when others bash them, I don't like it😳..... about me-I don't have hatred or liking for any fictional charcater(though I like Rashmi's acting..but I can't love or hate Tapasya coz she doesnt exist).......but I come to this forum to see creative ideas of some of my frds..and I hate to see them being bashed just coz of their out of the box thinking and creative juices....., I am sure they would never support a real life crime....and its just a serial, and we can interpret it the way we want to.
