This happened when Veer was feigning love for Tapasya...and Ichha was grief struck by Vansh's Death...Tappu went to Jogi's home to visit her parents...and Ichha is already there after being driven out by mai.

Veer feels that he should call Tapasya to a nice hotel-as it will be easier to elicit the truth in nice cozy atmosphere., rather than at home-where people might get disturbed.....so he gets a nice room booked in on 12th floor of a tall high rise hotel building....and sends a note for Tappu to call her there......Now by mistake the note reaches Ichha (servant gets confused kaun si baby ko note dena hai)..Now Ichha is crying remembering her dead husband...and as she reads the note, she screams and faints! Then Damini takes the note from Ichha's hands..and she screams and faints too....after that Jogi comes and reads the note..and he gets a heart attack. The note said...

"My darling wife....I reached safe and sound...Its kinda comfortable up here...The skyline view rocks...and when you look below from here the view is awesome too.....Its a great place and you are taken care of well...I have made all preparations for you to come here too...Missing u love..seeya tonight!"
