I 100% agree. There are themes in european movies that hollywood wouldn't touch with a ten-foot pole but it's not publicized because it isn't made by Hollywood centric actors.... what you get is some regurgitated shit like live-actions (some are exceptional but emphasize on the some) and part 8 or 9 (looking at the fast franchise yes)

My classmates were pretty chill tbh. I think the shock was because he wasn't that attractive and it wasn't a sexual shot but yeah... that movie is still one of the most absurd things I've seen, bar the minimal dialogues I understood. Can't rmbr it's name or I'd mention it.

That's the european thing na, like it's not as if nudity is absent from HW, it's just restricted to very conventionally attractive people.

lol no my classmates were really, really awful people. Prudish, hypocritical, bigoted...you name it. They're the kinda guys who would scream at a kiss scene. ugh

But give the movie a try, or just trailer. Personally one of the most unique movies. It's not at all HW material.

Will add to the list yaar ✔️ seems quite interesting.

It could be that we're in different countries and from kind of different generations. I can't speak for others, like my sister's classmates are so annoying.

Different countries ok but diff generations ? U still studying now. For me ya that wud be diff gen. But blue is not that old😆 She's in 20s so even if ur a teenager not sure that qualifies as diff gen. I know they say five years diff now makes u from a different generation but seriously don't think it matters that much. Depends on people keeping up with times that's all. Mentality does matter ofcourse but that doesn't change in five years gap yaar.

I forget to even drink, especially in a very immersive read. Sometimes would sit in the dining table with a book and my father hates that... stopped doing that once I got a smartphone 😆

I did German Language during secondary as a extra subject. We watched movies to better understand use in conversations. Of course, out of 3 we watched, 2 had nude scenes. Teacher didn't know because she didn't watch prior to letting us see. Good thing was a small class and was after normal school time.

Tbh, we were very much exposed to all kinds of things even before that... horny teenagers na... and got smartphone... so easy to look things up even then. Waise bhi actually live in Malaysia but our teacher was kinda chill... rmbr having an Eng teacher who used to walk passed the art studios during college where they did nude drawings... fun times... some teachers here are actually quite open minded. Also depends where they teach but I live in the city so there's that.

Speaking of that, had a class last year where we couldn't import physical textbooks because two gay men where on the cover... so in terms of educational laws... kinda not so good. We have to be a bit creative.

Trust me. Five years is a gap. Between me and my first sis is 4 years. They don't use the same textbook as me, they don't even have the same subjects I did 😭 they discuss things and I'm like wtf are you talking about... They have different SM things to obsess about and I can't really connect with them. New songs I don't listen to and I'm like what's this. Its hilarious tbh. If there's something we all like, I have to take a step back and wonder we'll have the same opinions or not.

That's true tho. I stopped keeping up with a lot of things since covid. Feel like an oldie in these bones 😅

What I find funny is the youngest treating 2010s like I treated the 90s... it just makes me feel super old when I see someone else doing that. I feel what the 90s kids felt now.

Idk how they feel, but i feel so old compared to even 20-21. Not necessarily in terms of culture shock, I get along with my younger cousins just fine, but there's something different. Like kinda protective instinct... Which only maybe adults have. It's hard to describe... It's so weird, but I didn't even tag shraddha initially in my dark jasfa story because of that🙈 they seem like babies.

Tbh this might be a personal issue because I've several younger cousins in this range, and I've kinda seen them grow. There's six seven years difference between us... And despite the fact they're adults, we do talk on adult issues, I still kinda see them as babies.

In Malaysia probably. In india almost 20 years same education system. So five years doesn't matter much. Now things are changing though. Post 2010 yes things have progressed at snail's pace here. Otherwise when my cousins and me were in school we used same books for years. I am the oldest and there is a gap of 13 years btw me and my youngest cousin but we had same syllabus and books etc. But yes movie music etc choices were a bit diff. But not with other cousins who were 5or 6 yrs younger it was almost same choices and lingo as well. Now in India present kids use diff lingo altogether 😆 But I'm aware of most of it so i can converse with my nieces and nephews easily even with a twenty yrs gap😆

That's just ur personality bas. It's cool. My nieces and nephews don't like to call me aunty even coz they think I'm cool😎 Ok i got stop saying this for fear of sounding like J hai o rabba 😆. But they actually do think so wat to do. U just naturally have a protective instinct nothing wrong there. It's sweet actually. U wud make a good parent if that instinct isn't OTT. Ofcourse if u want to be a parent someday that is.
