I think Arnav should formally ask Shashi for Khushi's hand in marriage. Shashi genuinely cares for her and its sad to see that she is already married without him knowing about it.

If Arnav talks to Shashi and they can get engaged properly, then at least Shashi wont be dis-heartened to find the truth later.
