Watched it on internet...okayish movie

Not the best of films, 6/10 for me.

Dangal starring Aamir Khan had a good growth in its collections on 2nd Day Saturday and has crossed 100 Crores worldwide.

Dangal has a record sale of satelitte rights for close to 75 Crore to Zee TV this is the highest ever amount paid for a hindi movie.

Minimum Sale value is 55 Crores and rest 20 Crores will come if the movie crosses 100 Crores and 200 Crores mark at box office.

In a change of plans I took my entire family to watch Dangal and it was worth it 🥳 🥳🥳🥳If you're reading this review, then skip the review and go watch it! I can't stress enough how amazing this movie turned out to be or maybe it just touched me so much that I am now gushing 😆 The narration of the movie was very well done. A few scenes were cliched, but it is not as cliched as most sports movies turn out to be, as they manage to make it quite entertaining. It lived up to my expectations from the trailer, which is so rare these days. The father-daughter story of Mahavir and Geeta is touching and heartwarming. I'm not a fan of BW sports movies, as most of them are so predictable, and Dangal is predictable, but the script makes it very entertaining and enjoyable to watch. Aamir is absolutely brilliant as Mahavir Singh. The scene when he cries with Geeta on the phone, and the scene when he tears up as he listens to the national anthem are the ones that stayed with me. Sakshi Tanwar is brilliant as his wife. The actors who played his daughters in the younger and older version are amazing. I loved the scene when the daughters are complaining about their father and this other girl points out how lucky they are... their expressions in that scene the guilt, the shame, the realization was very well done. With all the actors in Dangal you never see the actor, but the character, which makes the movie so convincing, except for the climax (wish that was better). Mid way through Dangal I did find it a bit of a drag, but ultimately the movie picks up pace again. The climax could have been better, but overall Dangal is still amazing and deserves to be watched in the theatre. Everyone needs to watch this movie!
