Being gujrati indian, i'm highly surprised, what message this show is trying to convey in the name of testing bhoomi's sanskar?

Is sanskar is tested by making your DIL work like a maid ? yes, knowing cooking and all other house chores is must for an ordinary guj girl, even i have to do it, but it is not the criteria on the basis of which one person's nature , values and ethics is measured.( my cousin don't know how to make tea at the time of her marrige , and she was staying in india not abrod, but she learnt everything in six months with the support of her in laws ) and if this is the case then ketki must have topped it but everyone knows what she did? i'm surprised why not kishen is raishing his voice against this injustice.

The whole drama is showcasing indian mainly gujrati family in a bad light, and the character of ansuba is outer and outer negative, very pathetic, sends wrong signal completely.

This is not true sanskar because i know and many of you , when you speak of sanskar, you do speak of being positive, being helpful, feel gratitude and above all respect each and every one, well i don't see this in ansuba and her vaishnav family

i dont think they r showing gujarati ppl in negative light .. coz in the same family thr r good ppl like parul,ramila,lilly fui

Actually, they always mess with cultures. I mean, when serials show Bengalee families they are forever doing Durga Puja and wearing the white saree with red border (i think in all my life I've seen my mother wear that kind of saree only once, and I have never worn it) and they speak a weird kind of Hindi with random mispronounced Bengali words thrown in...

The real sanskaar would be if Kishen and Bhumi STOPPED this ritualistic abuse with this generation

Clearly rituals r misunderstood here and slowly they have snowballed into ABUSE

TM i agree with you ...i am not saying the CVs intended to show that Gujrathi families r abusive at all . They r really trying to show that these r indian sanskaars and MUST be upheld by the new generation . But what they r trying to show and what is actually coming across r two different things . They did the same mistake in Ram Milayee jodi and its time Gujrathi families lash out at them .

@red, that had made me this post, i was so mad, actually that tells the mentality of the cv's who are so outdated and typical negatively driven by the idea of torturing DIL will gain more TRPs.

I do no if this is the case or what, but if it is then being a traditional yet willing to accept positive modern ( western idea) girl, i'll object it and reject it, dammm you cv's , thumb down for you.😎

you missed those big grain rooms which Bhumi had to clean and those big ,huge pots and utensils too .That was one of the most disgusting episodes .Those works were inpossible for a human to do .Tha bahus of the vaishnav families have to be some wrestlers 🤣
