Et tu, Brute? a latin phrase translated loosely as - You too, Brutus?is a phrase often used poetically to represent the last words of Roman dictator Julius Caesar to his friend Marcus Brutus at the moment of his murder by stabbing.
It is believed that On March 15 (the Ides of March), Caesar was attacked by a group of senators, including Marcus Junius Brutus, Caesar's close/dear friend. Caesar initially resisted his attackers, but when he saw Brutus, he supposedly spoke those words and resigned himself to his fate.
Relation to CB:
But going by today's promo (thanks Heena) - act of BD and shock on Rads face, reminded me of these words. Even her own friend, who was close to her and had helped in the past and on whom she had start to depend upon, backstabbing her...Rohan is an enemy in the open and RaDev are very careful around him, but around BD, they have their guard down and she is ready to take advantage of that??? But unlike Caesar who had surrended himself to fate, they will fight back...and come back stronger, more closer and hopefully more wiser(having learnt twice - once by trusting Rohan and now trusting BD)
Thoughts??
