Zee TV is gearing up to introduce a fresh fiction series featuring Abrar Qazi and Priyanshi Yadav, and the project has now been given a completely new name, Tu Hi Re Dill Mein. Earlier, the show was informally known as Pavitra Rishta, but the creators decided to move away from that title to avoid any overlap or comparison with an already well known and established franchise associated with Ekta Kapoor.
According to industry buzz, the title change was not just a creative choice but also a necessary one. Concerns were raised about the similarity in naming, which could have led to confusion among viewers. In order to establish a unique identity and ensure the show stands apart, the makers and the channel mutually agreed on the new title. With this decision, the team aims to position the show as an independent story with its own voice and appeal.
While there had been speculation about possible delays in the show’s progress, current updates suggest otherwise. The production is moving forward as planned, and filming is actively underway. A large portion of the shoot is currently taking place in Darjeeling, where the team is capturing scenic outdoor sequences that are expected to add visual richness to the storytelling. Despite a few early challenges, things now appear to be running smoothly on set.
Interestingly, the makers chose to rework certain aspects of the project during its early stages. Some episodes that had already been filmed were reportedly discarded so that the narrative could be improved. These changes were made with the intention of strengthening the storyline and ensuring that the final product resonates well with the audience. The team has focused on refining the emotional depth and overall flow of the story before its official launch.
The show itself is described as a modern love story that explores complex relationships, emotional struggles, and the way bonds evolve over time. Abrar Qazi takes on the role of Sanjay, portraying a character who is calm, mature, and grounded. On the other hand, Priyanshi Yadav plays Vrinda, a character who is expected to be strong minded and guided by her emotions. Together, their on screen dynamic is anticipated to bring intensity and relatability to the narrative.
With a renewed title, refined script, and steady progress in production, Tu Hi Re Dill Mein is shaping up to be a promising addition to Zee TV’s lineup.
