Anupamaa: Digvijay eats Anu’s handmade ladoo, which reminds him of Saavi

Tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode opens with Rahi informing Khyati that she plans to leave. Khyati insists she at least eat breakfast first, but notices that Rahi is feeling lightheaded. She questions whether Rahi hasn’t been sleeping properly again and wonders if Prem returned home late. Rahi explains that Prem is mentally disturbed and she wants to stand by him during this phase.

However, she feels he isn’t ready to understand her perspective. She indirectly holds Anupama responsible, wondering if things would have been different had she offered a bit more support. Rahi tries to stay hopeful, saying this is not the end for Prem and he can still reapply for the license. She seeks Khyati’s advice on how to make Prem see reason. Meanwhile, Vasundhara intervenes and suggests that Rahi should quit her job instead of showing it off in front of Prem. Khyati questions the practicality of that decision. Vasundhara points out how Rahi once spoke confidently about balancing work, home, and Pranshi, but now appears overwhelmed. This leaves Rahi visibly stressed.

Elsewhere, Banku decides to shut the gate, but Digvijay asks him to wait for a while. Suddenly, Jaya and Anupama play a prank on them, leaving both Digvijay and Banku startled. Banku is surprised to see them, while Jaya quickly tells Digvijay not to scold Anupama since the prank was her idea. Anupama apologizes on Jaya’s behalf, trying to lighten the mood. Jaya playfully asks Digvijay if he missed her, but he simply asks her to calm down. Anupama expresses gratitude to Digvijay for calling her back. Digvijay responds by saying he is thankful she came without hesitation when he reached out. He reminds her that they need to begin work on the café soon. Anupama offers sweets to Digvijay, suggesting it helps in calming the mind. When he questions if he looks upset, Anupama clarifies that her intentions were never what he assumed. She quietly places the sweet on the table and walks away.

On another front, Ansh tells Mahi that she should leave as he can handle things alone, but Mahi refuses, saying she is ready to face whatever comes. Soon, Ansh spots Gautam with another woman, leaving Mahi stunned. Gautam senses someone nearby, prompting Ansh and Mahi to hide. Ansh checks on Mahi, asking if she is okay. Mahi, though shaken, expresses her determination to expose Gautam as an unfaithful husband and irresponsible father. Ansh supports her and assures her that they will gather proof.

Back at home, Anupama notices a shadow and assumes a thief has entered. She prepares to defend herself and ends up hitting Digvijay by mistake. Realizing her error, she apologizes immediately. She then teases him, asking if he was secretly eating Ladoo. Digvijay mentions that the sweet reminds him of Saavi, who used to prepare it. Anupama shares that she has uploaded the same recipe. Digvijay reveals that Saavi admired Anupama’s work. Hearing this, Anupama becomes emotional and says she would have embraced Saavi and proudly called her her best student if she were alive. She then notices a pamphlet about an upcoming competition. Digvijay recalls how Saavi loved participating in such events but worries that they don’t have enough time to prepare the café. Anupama, however, insists that they should not delay any further.

Later, Bose asks Digvijay if he is finally at peace. Digvijay talks about Saavi’s kitchen, and Bose remarks that he has finally found the right person in Anupama. Digvijay agrees that there is a lot to be done with the competition approaching.

Meanwhile, Prem remains uninterested in any kind of motivation, stating that he doesn’t need anyone to guide him. Prerna and Rahi try convincing him to at least step out and give things a chance. Though hesitant at first, Prem eventually agrees to go out with Prerna. Rahi feels relieved and thanks Prerna for helping, as at least Prem is stepping out of the house. However, Vasundhara taunts that due to Anupama, Rahi and Prem’s relationship is suffering. She further criticizes Rahi for being occupied with her job, claiming that this is why Prem prefers going out with someone else.

On the brighter side, Anupama feels excited about beginning Saavi’s café. However, Digvijay clearly warns her not to alter anything, insisting that the café must function exactly the way Saavi used to run it. Bose encourages Digvijay to trust Anupama, reminding him of her experience. Anupama reassures him that she will respect Saavi’s methods and not make unnecessary changes. She offers a prayer for Saavi, seeking blessings for the new beginning. Digvijay then asks Anupama to perform the inauguration ritual, making her emotional as she feels her long-held dream is finally taking shape.

In the precap, Banku praises Anupama’s neat handwriting but suddenly falls off the sofa. Upon checking, Anupama realizes that the furniture is damaged and decides it needs replacement. This decision angers Digvijay, who lashes out at her for even thinking of making changes to the café. He firmly tells her that if she cannot run the place as Saavi did, she should look for another job. His harsh words leave Anupama shocked and hurt.
