twinkle says to her unborn baby you know why we come there, me and your papa used to came there. there are so many memories of us and now i want to live those memories with you.

she enter in a room and looks around. she feels kunj presence. she opened a window and inhale cool breeze. she says see baby how beautiful room and view is. kunj comes with palvi to same hotel. palvi says to kunj so this's the place where you and twiknle used to come. this is so beautiful. thanks for bring me here. choti asks if he feels hungry . he must have breakfast before surgery. palvi laughs, she takes kunj with her for BF.

twinkle sits on bed and recalls their romantic moments. she feels sad.

twinkle comes at cafe and says you know baby your papa used to like breakfast of this cafe. he specially liked wafers. kunj is there too. waiter says to him what kinds coffee you like i've made different coffee for you but you dislike all. twinke is standing far from kunj. she asks waiter what is the matter. he tells her about kunj's taste. twinkle make kunj taste coffee and says give it to him he might be like it. waiter goes. kunj takes a sip and looks around. waiter says a lady made it but she went from there.

palvi comes to kunj and says doctors says they are ready for the operation. he takes kunj to OT.

yuvi comes to twinkle and shouts you know everyone is worried for you, why you did this. come back home. twinkle says she is happy there. yuvi got a call. he picked up the call and shcoked after hearing news. he takes twinkle with him and leave from there.

Location : hospital

twinkle and yuvi comes at same hospital in which kunj is admitted. plavi and doc discuss about kunj's surgery. twinkle and uvi pass from there but palvi doesn't see twinkle.

twinle opened babe room door. she entered and says to babe i am sorry i shouldn't leave home. babe says i am sorry too. leela angry on twinkle.

doc says to palvi operation was successfull. palvi gets happy. she says to kunj soon you'll able to see your face.
