It says kunj has disease called sickel cell amaemia. Twinkle finds this out but isnt sure how to tell kunj this. Shes paranoid. She goes to kunj's college to tell him but isnt able to. While in college their is a race taking place. Twinkle pretends to faint so he doesnt take part in the race but kunj finds out she is faking it. Its mostly on how twinkle will reveal about the disease to kunj

WU:in that they where stating a disease called sickle cell anemia and where it is difficult to stop a persons bleeding so twinkle will get to know this and she will go to kunjs collage there his friends will put a race on climbing the stairs the loser will have to give a party while running kunj will fall down twinkle will get worried and its like how twinkle will tell this truth to kunj

I am Biology student and Sickle Cell Anemia is not even a disease that happens in India anymore..it is native to Africa..

And the biggest thing it happens to individuals as a defense response to malaria ...or in regions where the Malaria mosquitoes are very high!!

Amritsar mein malaria kab se aa gaya??????

Maybe they want a Kunj centric track!

Where More screen space will be given to kunj.

I am glad that they havbt gone the cancer way.

Sickel cell anemia Can't be cured but Treatment helps.

They should have choosen some other diseaze.

Hrideyy buddy this disease is native to teh African peninsula..Indians having this disease is really rare and regions with high frequency of malaria have this disease as a defense response to malaria... but I really love how you are being so optimistic about Kunj being given more of screen space..😆
