It says kunj has disease called sickel cell amaemia. Twinkle finds this out but isnt sure how to tell kunj this. Shes paranoid. She goes to kunj's college to tell him but isnt able to. While in college their is a race taking place. Twinkle pretends to faint so he doesnt take part in the race but kunj finds out she is faking it. Its mostly on how twinkle will reveal about the disease to kunj

Sickel cell anemia Can't be cured but Treatment helps.

They should have choosen some other diseaze.
