I am actually planning to make this as an ff. do u want me make it into an ff or end the story after few chaps. Feel free to criticize.
Chapter 14
sanskar left the room leaving swara who was smiling ear to ear. She shakes her head and starts arranging the room.
Swara( monologue)- sanskar kitna acha hai. Mera itna khyal rakhta hai. He just can't see me in pain for a second also. Lekin main sanskar ke bare mein itna kyun soch rahi hoon. Kahi main usse pyar nahi nahi wo mera bohot acha dost hai naa isliye. Tu bhi naa swara kuch bhi sochti hai.( sanskar is so nice. He takes care of me so nicely. He just can't see me in pain for a second also. But why am I thinking about him so much. Am I in love no no he is my good friend naa that is why. U also na swara u think so much)
She completes arranging the room and goes down to help the ladies in preparing the lunch.
She sees varieties of sweets being prepared.
Swara- mom itna sare sweets( mom these many sweets)
Before Sujata could answer ragini immediately pokes her nose.
Ragini- Arre swara kal dussehra hai. Is liye. Tum bhul gayi kya. ( Arre swara tomorrow is dussehra. That is why. Did u forget)
Swara- nahi ragini. I do remember. badi maa actually maa ne aaj phone kiya hai. Aur unhone hum sab ko bulaya hai sindoor khela ke liye. To maine maa ko kaha ki hum aayenge. To koi problem nahi hai naa.( no ragini. I do remember. Badi maa actually today maa called me. She invited us for the sindoor khela. I said yes to her. So is there any problem.)
Ragini- Lekin kal humare ghar mein bhi to puja hai. Hum kaise chalenge. Swara tumhe maa ko mana kar dena chahiye tha.( but we have puja in our house too. How can we go. Swara u should have refused maa)
Ap- koi Baat nahi ragini. Hum puja ke baad chalenge. Waise bhi ghar mein puja jaldi khatam ho jata hai. Aur hum bhi dekhna chahte hain ki sindoor khela kaise manaya jata hai. Maine sirf uske bare mein suna hai kabhi dekha nahi.( it is ok ragini. We will go after puja. Anyways puja will be completed early. We also want to see how is sindoor khela celebrated. I have just heard about it not seen)
Ragini became quiet after listening this.
They completed the lunch and left to their rooms.
Swasan room
By the time swara reached the room sanskar was already in the room doing his work in his Lappy. Swara was just irritated seeing this. She goes to sanskar and closes it.
San- swara ye tumne kya kiya yaar. ( swara what did u do)
Swara- I closed ur laptop, simple. Tum subah se kaam kar rahe ho. Chashme nahi hai to lane ka bohot shauk hai kya( I closed ur laptop, simple. U r working from morning. U don't have specs but do u want specs or what)
Swa- ek aur Baat lunch ke baad mujhe shopping pe jana hai. So plz mere sath chaloge. ( one more thing. After lunch, I want to go for shopping. So plz can u come with me)
San- ur wish my command majesty and mockingly bows down.
Swara stares at him for sometime and then starts laughing.
Sujata calls them down for lunch. They go down. While coming down
Sanskar- did u ask badi maa about the sindoor khela in Baadi.
Swara- yaa, I asked her. She gave the permission.
Sanskar- that is great. So everyone are going to come.
Swara- don't know. Badi maa has accepted. Don't know what bade papa is going to say.
Sanskar- don't worry. Wo bhi maan jayenge. ( don't worry. He will also accept.)
Swara- hope so.
They both come down and get seated on their chairs. Everyone, for change, started serving themselves.
Sanskar( whispering) ask bade papa
Swara- should I. I'm scared.
Sanskar- why
Swara- what if he does not accept.
Sanskar- Lekin puchne mein kya jata( but what will go if u ask)
Sujata ( who sees them whispering)- kya khusur- phusu kar rahe ho tum dono.( what are u both murmuring)
Dp- kuch problem hai kya beta( any problem )
Swara- nahi bade papa actually kal Baadi main sindoor khela hai aur maa ne hum sab ko bulaya hai. To... To kya hum jaa sakte hain waha pe. ( no bade papa. Actually tomorrow is sindoor khela and maa has invited all of us. So...so can we all go)
Dp- Hume koi appati nahi hai. Hum sab chalenge kal Baadi.( I don't have any problem. Tomorrow we all will go to Baadi.)
Swara- thanks bade papa.
Laksh and ragini were not able to bear all this. One side they were planning to make the family members hate swasan and throw them out of the house on the other side swasan were getting closer and closer to the family members.
Everyone completed their lunch.
Ap- ragini beta jake dadi ko khana de do( ragini go and give food to dadi)
And hand overs a plate to ragini.
Ragini- ji
Ragini goes to dadi's room. She was crossing swasan's room when she heard their laughter.
Swara- I'm so happy sanskar. Bade papa maan Gaye. U know I was so nervous.
Sanskar- that is great. But swara ye sindoor khela mein kya hota hai.( that is great. But swara what happens during sindoor khela)
Swara- wo to tum kal dekhoge sanskar. Kya hota hai aur kya hoga with a wink.( that u will have to see tomorrow. What happens and what will happen)
Sanskar- kya hoga( what will happen)
Swara goes near him and whispers in his ears- that u will have to see by urself.
Ragini who sees their proximity feels jealous and goes to dadi's room to give her lunch and comes back.
Swasan room
Swara- ab chalo. Shopping time.
Sanskar- yaar tum ladkion ko shopping ka itna shauk kyun hai ( why do u girls are crazy of shopping)
Swara- sanskaaar
Sanskar- ok baba. Chalo
Swara- good boy
Sanskar- don't call me boy with an irritated face.
Swara- but u are a boy with a mischievous smile.
San- swaraaa
Swara- acha ok chalo.
They both go down and go to Sujata.
San- mom hum shopping ke liye jaa rahe hain. Aane mein late ho jayega. Hum dono ke liye wait mat ki jiye.( mom we both are going for shopping. We will be late. Don't wait for us both)
Sujata- theek hai. Swara make sure ki tum iska wallet khali karogi. with a wink.
Swara- sure mom with a smile.
